After any applicable free rent promotions have been exhausted and you have rented your storage unit for at least one fully paid month, CubeSmart will plant a native tree in partnership with the Arbor Day Foundation™. Since 2010, we've worked with various organizations to plant over 350,000 trees used for reforestation and wildfire rehabilitation.

The Arbor Day Foundation™ has over 50 years of experience in planting trees in the right places for the biggest impact. Using a science-based approach, they identify forests and communities globally that would benefit most from trees.

From May 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026, for every eligible rental, CubeSmart will contribute $1.00 to the Arbor Day Foundation, with a minimum donation of $50,000. The mission of the Arbor Day Foundation is to inspire people to plant, nurture, and celebrate trees. The managers give great customer service. It's always nice to have a quick chat with them when I go in to pay my bill. They've been very accommodating any time I've needed something from them. They're pricey but the security of my belongings and the convenience of their location, it's worth it to me.

Love the office and maintenance personnel!! Wish the gate was open later than 9pm but the convenience of location and their super service here make up for it! I've rented a unit for almost 7 yrs here. So glad I chose to come here over the other guys!

Poor security. Had two thefts in secure parking area in one year. Not impressed with owner’s response by pointing out the “dummy” security cameras. Then after giving them over 30 days notice of my intent to vacate (which I did), I get a late payment notice for rent due.

Managers are nice. Customers keep doors open instead of closing when not in use so some of my stuff was messed up inside the climate control. There were quite a few bugs in one building, the other want as bad. Outside, my unit was full of rat nest and droppings. They offered me another unit, but it also had rat droppings. Completely disappointed in what seemed like a nice place. I guess it is good for short term storage not a year.

This place is the worst! Late fees, more late fees and no grace period. Drove from out of town to come get some of my things and to pay (including 30$ of late fees). After accepting my payment I was told to wait an hour to get into my unit because the employee is on lunch break. This is the VERY worst place to store your stuff at!
