The Arbor Day Foundation™ has over 50 years of experience in planting trees in the right places for the biggest impact. Using a science-based approach, they identify forests and communities globally that would benefit most from trees.

From May 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026, for every eligible rental, CubeSmart will contribute $1.00 to the Arbor Day Foundation, with a minimum donation of $50,000. The mission of the Arbor Day Foundation is to inspire people to plant, nurture, and celebrate trees. CubeSmart's local Apache Junction, AZ. leadership member Tyson and the ease of use doing business with the CubeSmart brand locally in general has been the nothing less than best in class for staff professionalism, leadership's work ethics, and the company's brand integrity as it should be the model that all other local storage facilities and staff should strive to become and emulate. In our new landscape of poor customer service, rude unprofessional staff, and disengaged management and leadership team members with a culture of entitlement, customers are an annoyance, and no pride in the brand that employee's represent. CubeSmart shines above, proving that it can still be done right and that there are those out in the labor force who still want to do it right. I personally recommend all CubeSmart locations and facilities with in the Apache Junction, and East Mesa area of the greater Phoenix Metropolitan market. My recommendation and endorsement are for both general storage needs and those in business who seek store front locations and shop facilities. 5 stars on price point, value, ROI, facilities structural quality. Additionally the line staff, management, and regional leadership's professionalism, ethics, integrity, and customer service quality are above 5 star level.

Cubesmart took over the storage facility from another company and raised the rates three times in less than a year without providing any extra anything to justify these rate increases. They charge extra if you're not on automatic billing and they removed all trash receptacles. But to give credit where credit is due their hours are great (They're open till 10pm) And if you're a few minutes late nobody calls the police on you and charges you a fee for the police showing up like Dollar Self Storage

Storage was affordable because of the online discount. I asked the lady that runs it if I should pay monthly and told her we would be moving. She told me I would get a prorated refund for anytime I paid for but did not use in the storage. I prepaid 3 months and left half way through the last month, I did not recieve a refund. I called and asked why I didnt get a refund and she said she never said I would, I have a recording of the call, she absolutely did and that's the only reason I paid 3 months in advance. Also rented the unit on a Friday night not knowing there would be no one in the office and no way of accessing my unit until the following Monday. Be aware that if you rent online on a weekend, you wont get your gate code until Monday. It's centrally located and as long as you don't have to deal with the lady in the office It's pretty decent. Don't let the rolling doors slam open or your stuff will be covered in dirt and debris.

O been trying to get in contact with them since i have a storage unit and they sold the place i have never got a. Notice where to pay and i have to run around to find the store clerk at the offices. And the offices are always close.

New manage company Employees helpful but the transition was not smooth still alot of problems the ceo needs to get fixed Like my unit access If it weren't for the Employees, I would have been pissed, as for the manage company, you have some work to do After a couple months of ownership, yes they did a 30% increase on prices, glad this is my last month

I am giving a one star review. I've been with you people for a year and then you lost a maneger. When you lost the maneger I was un able to pay and no options were Givin to pay and you locked me out. Rude and unprofessional. Now I've been on autopsy since and now you people say I owe money and locked me out again. This is not my problem you people were sopoosed to take the money out and never did. Unprofessional poor buisnes practices. I've called and left several messages. And now I'm getting very disgruntled. Your total lack in profesional and buisness practices is sickening and disturbing at best.
