Was not asked if wanted inside or outside . Which I wanted drive up.Stated was getting a discount but not what I asked for. And then going to unit was not swept out and there is 2 holes in roof. And then when asking to cancel would take 2 weeks or so for money to go back on card. Not happy at all ??

CubeSmart is not in the storage business, they're in the auction business. I watched then deny a 3 day grace to a customer that had been on time every month until he got hurt and had to have surgery. I spoke to the management staff while they discussed this man's history with me, ignoring his right to privacy. They talked about him choosing not to pay them despite the information about his medical condition and his good payment history prior to this issue. I am appalled by the refusal to work with those who are temporarily financially impacted. I highly recommend anyone thinking about using these facilities consider this. They will not make payment arrangements, they will not allow the late payment to be made without the current, they will not allow you to make an arrangement with the late fees. No partial payments are taken. The late fees are nearly as high as the payment and they are impossible to get hold of. Buyer beware.

Paid for cooled storage only to find out they shut the cooling off over a year and half ago without notification which is a breach of contract. Prices did not decrease. Had 2 units, 10x15 for $378 & 10×10 for $245 a month. No compensation, tubs that were in storage melted and became brittle so all were broken. Had to buy 22 tubs just to move the items out to another storage in 110%. They did say they would give a discount if I moved to another CubeSmart location but no help moving the items in 2 units. No way would I ever rent anything ran by this corporation, they don't care about what their clients period!

I went in to get a larger unit because the website has my unit listed at $50/month but I was paying $170/month for a 10x5. So i asked to move to a larger unit. When the office manager tried to transfer me the system wouldnt allow it so she cancelled my old account and created a new account with the new unit and went through the steps of making sure my gate code would stay the same. She also had to refund my payment and asked me to wait for the refund to come back and then go online and pay for the new unit. We planned to move units the next day. So the next day I receive texts and emails saying i owe money on both units after the manager said I wouldn't. I call the office and she says I shouldn't even be able to see both units on my online portal and to just ignore it and pay the new unit. Then we tried to go transfer our items and the gate code was denied and no one was in the office. I called customer Support and was given a different access code. I finally make it back to my unit to transfer to the new unit and we start loading the vehicle to make it over to the “new” unit to find a lock on it. I go into the office again to tell them theres a lock on my new unit And it turns out it was already rented out to someone else so we had to put everything back in out old unit and wait for another 10x15 unit. I was informed i would not be getting any money back or any credits for all of the months I was charged triple for my 10x5 unit because corporate makes the prices. . So no I would not recommend. cube smart to anyone.

Management is rude and lazy unless it benefits them!! I paid my storage a couple days late they locked me out at 5pm the day the payment was due but didn't unlock it until 3 days after I paid in full?? I asked for the 3 days back on the next payment and they refused and got ignorant because I even asked!! They're also a little expensive for being rundown and no airflow in larger units, I dreaded every time I need something out of my unit. I would not recommend this place to someone I dislike let alone a stranger. I would give zero stars if it was an option!

I hate that they sold everything me and my kids have ever owned without informing my husband first so we could have figured something out. All my kids pictures and memoroes family pictures baby stuff everything my son has owned in his 13 yrs and my daughter 10 yrs. We were going to pay off our storage bill and get everything out of there and found out they auctioned off everything that was everything we have had for 15 yrs. All memories and things we can not replace. Class pictures baby pictures baby items things we have collected horrible and devastating to me & my kids.

If i could give 0 stars i would. Lady at desk had a nasty attitude when we came to get a unit. She acted like she didnt want to be bothered. She actually told us the unit size we reserved was not going to work for us without knowing what we were storing. Dogs running around barking inside the office and it smelled horrible inside also.
