I’m really disappointed with the quality of service. Despite being located in a nice side of town this place let me down completely. I reserved a unit online and paid $62 and had to find a ride to pick my stuff up and then I got to the storage unit and my access code did not work! I called and they told me they were fairly new and couldn’t do anything to let me in to my unit I paid for. They offered to credit my account to which I called about and their response was “When they figure out how to credit my account, they would credit it.” I’m out $62 and no storage for all my stuff. I would not rent a storage here they are quick to take your money and not render services.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff that happily showed us a few different sized units. It was very easy to get set up, and within an hour of getting our key, we were able to start moving things in. The facility is exceptionally clean inside and out and there are security cameras everywhere. Favorite amenity is the large covered area that you can load/unload underneath so that you stay cool and dry.

Everyone here is always SO helpful, endlessly patient, knowledgable, while above all else, I have never once had an encounter where they were nothing but incredibly kind, professional, very timely with any response or communication when needed, sincere with positive attitudes, and always a joy when I come to this establishment!! When I came to them recently with a safety concern within my personal life that might carry over here, they immediately were so understanding and quick to act, making me feel protected and like my concerns weren’t a burden or trivial… worthy of both a response within the facility, but also a genuinely understanding and reassuring attitude from everyone here when I seemed to need it most. The facility is always incredibly tidy and well kept and secure..making me not worry about anything I leave in their care! 10/10!!!!

This place is wonderful! The office manger, Ashley, made the whole process delightful. She was a wealth of information and could quickly answer all my questions and concerns. She even suggested the size unit that is perfect for my needs. I feel safe and secure coming in out of this facility, and I appreciate the 24 hour total facility camera surveillance. Spaces storage is affordable, clean and quite secure. Staff is very nice. The facilities are easy to get in and out of. The elevator is large and quick. It's centrally located so even the economical units are easy to get to. My only complaint so far is that the units are about 6 inches smaller than advertised both in width and depth. Take that into account when calculating the size storage you will need.

This place is a luxury storage place. We have been to the ones that are sweltering in summer, or difficult to visit in inclimate weather so that we don't want to go there, even when we need to. This one is climate controlled, and the entry into your unit is done in a covered area, and they have huge carts that roll from your car to you unit. This is a game changer.

Great service?! What service? Tried calling during business hours and got an automated system. Very helpful if you want to know your next payment date. Other than that it’s useless. Left a message - no call back. Sent an email - no response. Ended up driving there, during normal business hours, only to find a note on the door and gate saying - No power today. Sorry. Really? No notice on the website? You can send me an email with my invoice, but you can’t send an email saying don’t bother trying to access your unit? Worthless. They’ll take your money and provide a clean space but don’t expect anything else.

This was my first experience renting a storage unit in the Little Rock, AR area. This location is not only convenient to my job but also my home. Prices were comparable to other climate controlled facilities in the area but the location was more what sold me and the price fit perfectly with my budget. We recently signed a contract on a space and moved all of our belongings into the unit on January 19th. I have rented a storage unit and another facility and hands down, Spaces is the cleanest facility i have ever seen. We had a minor issue with the lock on our unit working properly. The owners were sign friendly and responsive (this was after hours Saturday evening). You can tell they are invested into their business and care about their customers. Best facility in Little Rock hands down.

Great experience! I was moving from out of state and they made the log distance move in super easy. The storage space is very nice, clean and new. Shortly after moving to LR, my car was stolen and my storage keys were in it and stolen too. I was so worried the thieves would also try to get into my unit. I called Ashley as soon as I realized and she changed my gate code immediately and got the locks rekeyed the same day. I would highly recommended this business!

This is the best storage unit that I have ever used. The lobby felt like a hotel lobby. The security system is awesome and extremely secure. I have a unit on the second floor and loading and unloading is so easy and convenient especially with being able to pull up my vehicle and unload with the provided carts. Ashley is super nice and helpful, moving in was easy, and signing a lease was easy and quick. There are carts to assist with moving your bigger items, and you can fit multiple carts on the elevator. I do feel also it is secure, and there are cameras at every turn inside the building as well.

My law firm down the street to this storage building just secured a space with Spaces Storage. WE LOVE IT. Ashley (Manager) was extremely kind and helpful. She gave us a tour of the units we were interested in and the units are clean and easily accessible. From the time we walked in the door, to touring the storage units, to completing paperwork, we wrapped everything up within 15 minutes MAX. SUPER EASY PROCESS. If there was a 10-star ratings, we would give it!

When I went here I couldn’t help but notice how clean and professional the building and the staff looked. They had everything I needed when it came to moving supplies. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to store their things!

My Mom, Ms. Griffin, got a smaller apartment and needed a small, clean and climate controlled space. This is the first place we went to and knew right away it was the perfect place. It is clean, well lit, very secure, easy to navigate and we highly recommend it.

Spaces Storage in Riverdale is a trendy SAFE and CLEAN facility! I recently had to downsize and needed to store furniture and household items that could be damaged by extreme heat or cold. Spaces Storage climate controlled storage units provides me the extra protection and peace of mind that my things are protected from dust, pests, humidity, and more threats. I thought indoor storage was good enough. I was WRONG! In traditional units, I had issues with pests, and it caused significant damage to my things. The Climate Controlled storage units are the perfect solution to protecting my furniture, and it made all the difference to a smooth transition when moving! The covered un-loading bay is also a great convenience! Now I never have to worry about the weather. I can go if it’s pouring down raining, hot and sunny, or snowing. I highly recommend Spaces Storage in Riverdale to anyone wanting to protect their valuable items in Little Rock, Arkansas. Spaces Storage is an excellent deal for all the amenities and security.

Spaces Storage is paving the way for the future of storage. As soon as I entered the property I immediately felt safe and secure. My favorite part about Spaces Storage is the 100% covered drive in that allows you to unload/load directly to your unit rain or shine!!
