“My wife and I came in just to get pricing and we were with open arms by the manager Ashly. We probably drove her crazy since we asked to see a lot of sizes but she was very accommodating and friendly. I must say she is also a great sales person. We left with at least 5 boxes and tape and I’m not sure why because we still haven’t used them. Her customer service skills are beyond exceptional. We will refer all our friends and family whether it is just for items or a storage unit.”

“The folks who work here are the best. (Samantha the GM recently relocated but look for my favorites, Christina and Kelvin). I use CubeSmart for inventory storage for my small business and whenever I have a question they are always happy to answer. Other favorites things about this Cubesmart location: 1. The location! For me in south Clinton Hill it can’t be beat for convenience. 2. A clean restroom! 3. My “5 x 8 unit” is actually a little bit larger because of the shape, and every bit counts! 4. The monthly price is about 250 which is quite reasonable for Brooklyn. The only thing I wish for is that I would stay open a little bit later than 6 PM. But I’ll take it the way it is any day because the folks that work here are great! Highly recommended location!”

“Used this location for a year and found it to be very convenient (came and went frequently), very clean and comfortable (with climate controlled conditions throughout), and very secure (with cameras everywhere and personnel seemingly always in attendance). James and Mark (the managers), were eager to please, accessible in answering questions, and extremely helpful in arranging our moves in, out, and transfer between units (when downsizing). I strongly recommend using this state-of-the-art facility, and will choose this location again when once again needing storage space.”

“I can’t say enough about how outstanding my experience was at this location. Darren, the manager, went above and beyond in every aspect to help with my move. I had to get a lot moved over the course of two days running back-and-forth from Chicago. He was there to help every step of the way. He recommended the perfect size unit at a great price, really came through with using their truck, helped with local driving directions, and was not just professional, but very friendly. My experience there was a bright spot during a difficult time moving following Hurricane Matthew. It’s rare these days to come across people who genuinely care. Darren certainly does. Whatever your storage needs are he will take care of it!”
