It’s a SCAM. My storage rent went from $320 to $435in 1yr. My initial rent went from $224 to almost double the cost in just 2-3yrs. They increase the price every 3months. I stayed for a while because It’s bothersome to move our things out. However, this predatory pricing finally got me to cancel and move out. Unfortunately, this is what they are depending on, draw you in then start increasing the costs exponentially.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GETTING A STORAGE HERE! I got my storage march of 2024, somehow within 7 months I went from paying $180 for a 10x15 to over $300 almost 350. They claim they send out price increase notices but I never received anything. Also I went through tough times and got a late behind and in order to get all my stuff out of storage I had to pay $824 to get all my stuff out and they only gave me 1 hour to do so. Said once I left the property I couldn’t come back. After I paid the $824 when we got into our storage it was INFESTED with mice. Mice sh** and pee everywhere, all of our bags had holes, they ruined 2 expensive couches. To top it off and make it all worse I called the insurance company they make you pay for and they said rodent damage doesn’t cover your unit. I had an absolute horrible damn experience and wouldn’t want anyone going through this as well. I even found a dead mouse. I would say the only good thing about this place is Catalina the manager is nice and respectful other than that go elsewhere. Pictures below I wish I would’ve took more

Before cube smart took over this was called storage west, owners by a family community not upping the price with such a ridiculous amount in a short period of time. I have been with this new company for may a year or two now and the price of my unit has raised significantly and the cost for what I used to pay does not compare. Storage west was better working with their customers than cube smart. I don’t recommend cube smart as they will up your pricing in storage faster than you could imagine. They have the right to up your payment at any given time, and it’s not just a few dollars it’s drastic.

I've had a unit for about 3 1/2 years , and this place is very abusive, when it comes to charges. I was overseas, and hospitalized, and this place didn't care, and placed a lien on me, a d I had to pay $ 750.00 on attorney fees , plus some other charges. 6 montbs ago, I came back, and was offered another unit, and without notice, I had an increase of $ 50.00. Someone has to put a stop to these abusive "business", because thay don't have a rent control, and make increases whenever they want.

My experience was horrible. I moved our things in during my husband's illness. Within thirteen days of storing our things my unit was ransacked and my husband's drums were taken. We reported it to office( immediately began to say some guys had a master key to the lock they sell you when you get the unit), not much help, to the police, and they shared that management refused to share camera feeds with them, to cooperate with no call back and to the ins I would not recommend them to even my enemies.

Rent increase after rent increase after new ownership. My unit wasn't really any cooler then normal. Items ruined due to rodent issue. Move out was not confirmed properly,took for days to even get someone to answer the phone to find out my move out was never recorded! Very disappointed ??

These guys have been great. I moved back to CA recently and needed a place to hold my stuff while I get settled. Their facilities are secure, clean and even have AC and flat carts to move heavy things. Their rates aren't bad either, and the customer service is excellent. Definitely recommended.
