This review is regarding CASSIDY.... in the Red Bluff office; Cassidy has always been very helpful and understanding anytime I had a question or concerns.... We both share a love of cats and our conversations usually surround our cats.... I like that we have that in common.... She always has a big smile and a very pleasant demeanor.... which makes for a pleasant environment.... She is very knowledgeable and very sweet.... I feel very comfortable around her when I need to visit the office.... I have social anxieties so being around most people is hard for me.... but I have no problem with CASSIDY.... Thank you for making me feel comfortable and like I matter....

So I drove All the Way up from Sacramento yesterday to talk to the Manager and or the owner in regards to a unit i purchased from Auction that I now have a Signed Release of interest Pink Slip to, just to see that the gate to the Office had a Chain and Lock on it. At 3:30 PM during business hours when it should have and Advertised it would be open. Almost 3 hours there and 3 hours back for absolutely nothing. After I had called and left about 9 messages in regards to this, I received No Call Back in 3 days now. So I called and escalated the issue to the Regional Manager for Cubesmart today. After speaking to Storage Treasures who said if I have a signed pink slip, I Definitely have Claim and Legal Rights to the motorcycle that was in it. When I originally picked up the locker there were Lots of Silverfish and bugs in all the bags (which were actually kinda neatly stored by the renter) and a Giant Tarantula sized spider in the unit. I would hate to see what an unorganized unit there has in it bug wise but wouldn't be surprised if it were heavily Infested throughout the facility. I left 9 messages over 3 days and received No call back. I left a 5 star review prior to asking the OWNER to contact me, just to get No Response. So now im taking the Legal Steps through the company or filing Civilly if necessary to sue this facility and it's owner. Integrity is something Lacking here with this situation, as I tried hand over fist to contact and resolve this issue. Or at least get a call back with some type of information in regards to the motorcycle that was Legally Obtained. As it was a Piece of property that said owner released interest in and was Legally Purchased by me under the laws of the state of California. I have left Maybe 3 Negative Reviews in almost 150 Reviews! I don't conduct Bad Business. But this facility seems to have Incredibly bad ethics and communication skills. ZERO STARS.

The lady that works at the the Red Bluff Ca location is very sweet and always willing to help. She explains things well and I never feel like anything is unexplained. Cube smart decided to raise my rate 30% usually I pay $118 a month and last month I was told that I needed to pay $161. Housing rental don’t even raise that much percentage wise. I do realize that rates go up from time to time but not that much! With the exception of this, I really like cube smart but they are forcing me to look elsewhere. Such a shame! Most places in this area rent 10x20 storage units for less than the $161 they are requiring to pay. Maybe I will come back if they lower their prices.

Cassidy was phenomenal, I can't sing her praises enough! She went above and beyond what I expected, going out of her way, on her lunch hour, to meet my strange situational needs. Without going into specifics, she displayed empathy, kindness and a true genuine regard. Cube smart is the new place to be, as far as storage facilities goes, the hidden gem! Nice place! The only thing that is confusing was the numbers of the storage unit.. if your storage unit was like 415 you would look for 415.. right? but instead you’d look for the entire building 400.. than your storage unit would be 15…. Why not just 415… ulf!!

I have to say that this facility by far was the nicest. from the start the lady in the office was kind, quick and a pleasure to do business with. the unit and the whole place was well kept. first time every no mice turds. Because I live in Colorado and the storage I needed was in California, the online and app registration processes were a pain. I couldn’t have done what needed to be done without the onsite manager, Cassidy. She was extremely helpful! When I arrived, the storage facility was clean and secure. Everything went great thanks to Cassidy, and I would definitely use the Cubesmart in Red Bluff again! Five stars for Cassidy and her Red Bluff facility. One star gone for the Cubesmart online registration experience.

Cassidy Wilbur* the onsite manager is a delightful person with great customer service skills. Very accommodating even in unusual situations. The rent is kinda high I feel at $78 a month but as long as you make sure and pay ; your stuff is safe and secure behind a keypad locked gate. Fully fenced around perimeter. *im not sure if that how she spells her name so if you let me know.*

When I arrived to my storage I was expecting a welcome package along with my cylinder lock, well I didn’t. The door was also jammed. I had to pull the door hard just to open it. The storage unit was also very dusty. I feel I’m not getting what I’m paying for. Im disappointed for sure! I will not come back.

Baker Rd Mini Storage offers great storage at a fair price. Their units are clean, well-lit, and organized. The rental contract is easy to understand and reasonable. The infrastructure is so well maintained that even a local wildfire didn't destroy or damage the lockers or my items inside. Above all of that, Jill (manager) goes above and beyond for customers whenever she can. She is easy to reach by phone or email, is friendly and knowledgeable, and has about every tool imaginable to help you out of pinches like forgetting your key, pin code, or how to get rid of that appliance you don't want anymore. She is a creative resource and takes time to problem-solve when you need help. A special mention about the cookies she shared with us on our move-out day. She brightened our day!

Jill who runs the office was great. We only needed a storage unit for 10 months and I never regretted using the business. The yard was secure, the unit was dry through the winter. Billing was made easy with the auto pay and the coded access made it easy to access our storage unit

I have had a great experience with Baker Road Mini-Storage. The onsite manager, Jill, is amazing at customer service. She really helped me out with getting all set up when I was moving from the Bay Area. She also was very helpful when I had some folks coming to buy a piece of my furniture - she screened who they were and escorted them to my unit. She always goes above and beyond. The facility is great too. It is secure. Excellent drainage and it survived a wildfire that completely surrounded the property. And the unit is insulated at the ceiling. I recommend Baker Road Mini-Storage.

We used Baker Mini Storage durong our move to make the transition easier. It worked out great! We were able to fit most of our boxed up possessions in a 10x10 unit with space to spare and it made our move day a lot less stressful to know we only had to get the big stuff and the essentials. We were able to take our time getting the rest out of storage. It wasn't too overwhelming. We also had our stuff stored here during the fire we had in June and the storage unit was perfectly safe thanks to the large cement defensible space surrounding the complex. Jill, the site manager is friendly and helpful to all of her renters. She helped us get the best deal for our situation and didn't try to "upsell" us to a unit we didn't really need. We would recommend Baker Mini Storage to any of out friends and family. We will be using it again if the situation calls for it.

I have been a renter of a large unit for a bit over two years. I have been very pleased with the service. The place has a good strong fence, the grounds are clean and well=maintained, and the manager lives in a home where they can see any vehicle that approaches the storage building. Everything appears to be in excellent repair. Sometimes I have wished that they had extended hours, but restricting operations to daylight hours is probably an excellent move from a security standpoint. It is not often that I can say that I am getting my money's worth, but I am with Baker STorage.

They seem to be pretty manipulative with their pricing. They rent you a unit and a couple months later you receive a letter stating a rent increase. I have rented from them twice and this happened both times. That's why I moved out.

I was in the unit for all most a year and then I receive a letter they were charging me the wrong price after almost a year and they wanted to start charging me twenty dollars more so I emptyd my unit so I receive a call stating it in my contract to give a thirty day well didn't read the part where the change there rates whenever they like

I have rented a storage unit from Baker Storage for the last 3 years and have found it to be the cleanest and most secure storage facility in Red Bluff. It is completely fenced and gated so I feel my possessions are well protected. The hours of operation are very convenient so as to allow access to my things most the day.
