The store manager Antonio is so kind and went above and beyond to make my temporary move in as flawless as possible. I was physically drained after an all day move. I am very organized, and after a little research I can tell by the reviews and the previous customer service agent, that this company would meet my short term needs. Antonio’s level of understanding and efficiency was Top Tier. I had to move into the unit after hours and he left the unit ready and easily assessable for me. Antonio even went above and beyond and made sure my unit was located near the front of the entrance point. I LOVE and admire professional people and companies. This company is Top Tier !

Had a great experience renting a storage unit from this location. They noticed I had emptied my unit and reminded me to cancel my contract. They even refunded me a months worth of storage when I forgot to let them know I had moved out before the next payment was due! Just overall excellent customer service.

ATTENTION!!!!! 2024 If anyone you know is currently using Ridgecrest Cubesmart. CHECK YOUR STORAGE UNITS!!!! Someone is bypassing the entry door keypad security. Entering and taking the locks off units, and replacing them with their lock. To return at their leisure. The owners/management has seemingly decided not to notify renters of the problem or update security measures to prevent future theft of your property.

I rented my unit because it is supposed to be a climate controlled facility. It is unbearably hot outside and every single time I come here it is not cool enough to be inside for more than 5 minutes. I have a lot of heat sensitive things that are going to be ruined. At night it was 100 degrees outside and there was no difference from the outside temp to the facility temp. It's also not the safest experience if you have to enter from the back doors. I've had too many cars slow down to almost a stop and just watch me unload and load. I have to white knuckle it unloading and loading and pray the doors will shut after me so that no one without a code can get in and the doors never ever shut in time so I'm forced to stand far back(to not trigger the motion sensor) and wait for the doors to shut before going to my unit.

The spaces are clean. Antonio was awesome! He showed me the different options and gave me a tour of the facility. He made everything easy. Nick was very nice also. Fast forward to our move out. Half of our stuff was stolen out of the unit. Our key wouldn't work. Come to find out the lock had been changed. We got the unit open and our stuff was gone. How did this happen with security cameras?
