I was having a problem with opening my 10 x 10 and explained it to him. He went and looked at it. They replaced the lash. I guess they were having a hard time as well. They are very friendly very informative. Very helpful. He is an awesome employee.

I was a customer here for a couple years and my experience was not really the best my first couple months of housing my belongings here multiple things were stolen Tv, Hair care and body care and when I went to the manager and the insurance that you are required to pay for no one helped me because I didn’t know the exact day and times that my items were stolen and they also told me they didn’t have any camera footage to show for me to find out who stole my item or when they may have been stolen , this was a horrible experience for me being that I’m young and this was my first time using a storage facility but I learned my lesson and I will never use this facility again.

I usually don’t do reviews but I just had to for U-STOR-it. My name is Robert Garcia and today 9/10/2021 I rent a storage unit at this location. The online process was very simple and convenient. Less than 10 minutes and I was done and had a gate code. They have reasonable gate hours and the management there are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend U-STOR-it. Thanks again

These people have NO actual schedule. They are open whenever they feel like it. I can come here at anytime between 10-5pm and 99.9% I come here they are on lunch!!! I come here to pay for my families unit, not in my name but I make the payments, and all they can tell me is use the phone payment system, which doesn't work and is always broken. Or use an app. No how about you actually do your job and work. They should have a specific lunch time but just when they feel like it. I don't trust this company to keep my payment info in hand if they can't even operate professionally like regular businesses. And FYI my family has had this unit for over 25 years. And they are constantly changing owners. Biggest headache EVER.

This place is horrible! Management is extremely unprofessional and rude. My father rented a storage unit from their facility and they overcharged him each month!! It wasn’t until I came to visit him from out of town that I figured this out!! He’s elderly and they obviously were taken advantage of him!! Needless to say there are a ton of storage facilities in Sacramento, and this is not one I would recommend to anyone!!!
