I reserved 2 unites and in the day of move in they only had 1 unit On the 4th floor. I had reserved 1 unit on bottom floor and 1 on second floor. Very disappointed. What's the use of reservation? But the 2 ladies who attended me was great

Everytime I have had an issue with the storage unit or paperwork she always kept me informed and always kept a positive attitude even when I was being a butthead myself. Sonya and Raquel are the best. They were very friendly and super helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to make sure their belongings are safe. I rented units at two other places and had my unit broke into four times. I moved out of state and I feel very comfortable keeping my belongings here. My unit reeks of cat pee and I’ve never had cats I think it could be the one next to mine, I also saw roaches inside the facility which is disgusting and will be moving my stored belongings to another facility asap which is entirely inconvenient.

My experience at the CubeSmart Stockton location (3076 Turnpike Road) has been 100% positive. When I was looking for storage space, I could quickly arrange a tour and after that I had my unit in no time. The facility was and is new, clean, organized, at a great location, and the monthly rent for my unit was very good and there were never any issues with automatic payments. The lady at the office front desk has always been friendly and honest. I highly recommend this storage location for your storage needs.

So far so good as we just moved in yesterday. Got a great price online, unit was clean and in a good location in the building, the contactless check-in was super convenient and saved me time. And when we arrived it was easy to find handcarts and the facility was clean and secure as well. I do wish there was 24hr access because I work graveyard shifts so it would be more convenient for my schedule.

Kicia and Raquel are amazing!!! They’re very personable and extremely helpful! The process of renting a unit is smooth and quick. The units are climate controlled and they have many sizes to accommodate your needs. Best thing is they’re enclosed so hardly any dust/dirt gets in your unit like the many other storage places in the area. This is hands down the best storage place around and I recommend it 110%!!!
