I had originally left a five star review, (still copied below), based on the friendliness of the staff and how easy it was to rent our units. However, since then, there have been three occasions where the building key pads were malfunctioning so I couldn’t access my units after hours (which is something they advertise and we pay extra for). It’s very frustrating to have a car or rented truck loaded up with plans to work late into the evening to then not have access to the units. Previous review: Lesley B is the friendliest person! She got us checked in quickly, was very knowledgeable, so nice….HIGHLY recommend this CubeSmart!

I submitted an inquiry a week ago and not only was I called 7 times in one day (some people work) but when I was able to take the call Leslie was incredibly rude and belittled me on the phone. I most definitely will take my business elsewhere if this is how you treat potential customers.

Everything was fine until it came time to move out. The old manager was super nice the new one was very rude to me on the phone. I called to see if I was going to get refunded a prorated amount for after I moved out of my units and she said something like “well I sure hope you don’t think I’m going to prorate both your units because I won’t be” then told me I had to be out on a certain day or I can forget about a prorate and I’ll be locked out of my unit. They apparently don’t prorate but can make an exception within five days or something otherwise be out before it’s due next. Well that’s not possible for some people to do that so they kept three weeks of my money on my large unit and a week of my money on my inside smaller unit so they probably kept about $350 of my money between the two. Ridiculous especially when they will most likely rent those units out fairly quickly and charge that person a whole month of rent.

I really like this location!! Management is awesome and very accommodating. I chose this location because they offer 24hr access to the units which you pretty much can't find anymore. The only negative thing I can think of is their actual location. It's a little far away from everything but I'm not going to give them less stars for that. If it was any closer to downtown Springs they wouldn't offer 24hr access. Thank you for keeping my stuff safe!

The ease of reserving the unit online without a credit card, and the quick follow up from the manager (Ken) via phone the next day. Judy was the representative who answered my call in a very friendly and professional manner. She also went out of her way to make sure I had the storage units I needed in such short notice. You see, when CubeSmart bought out the previous owners my reservation was dropped from the system. Judy told me no problem we will find something better and honor your reservation deposit. Judy did all that and gave me a great monthly rate. During the unloading of the moving van Judy stopped by to see if we needed any additional assistance and dropped off a few bottles of water. I definitely would use CubeSmart Storage and work with Judy again.
