Mark at store #0522 was very helpful and professional. Good customer service in general at this location. However, when I moved out on 2/15 I found my property damaged by raccoons or rats. I had reported one box that had been damaged on 1/10 to Christian and he said he was going to report it and take care of the issue. But I guess he never reported or took care of it. After I moved out on 2/15, I reached out to the insurance company and unfortunately they don’t cover this type of damage. Who do I hold accountable for the damages to my property?! This is bad for your business if you have an infestation problem in your location.

Just rented a unit for the first time and used CubeSmart. It was a supremely good experience in all aspects. You can sign up completely contact-free from the web site. Being a first-timer, I decided to call anyway. The person on the phone mostly just reinterated what was on the web site, but it was comforting to hear a person saying. She took my information and said she would send me a link to the contract in an email. This link was really just linking to the web site where I would have ended up had I continued, but that too was very comforting. I was able to sign up an have my unit within about 20 minutes, complete with access codes and all I needed. Later, the person at the local store where I rented called. This was mostly just a courtesy introducing himself and just letting me know he was available for questions. A few hours later, loaded up with boxes, I went down to check it out. I stopped into the office to meet the person behind the phone call, but there was no reason I needed to as I could have just used the access code I was assigned to the gate to get in. Again, was nice to just confirm everything with a human, and he did give me tips on where to park, which elevator to take and how to get to the unit. The unit was as expected with a green plasting seal you break and inside a goodie / welcome bag with information and a lock (which you have to pay for). Everything was as expected and very convenient. They have plenty of carts to help move your things to and from your car. Overall, the signup and initial onboarding experience was perfect.

I had a great experience with CubeSmart in West Boca Raton until my unit was flooded twice! After the first time it was flooded none of my things were severely damaged, but recently my unit was flooded again and I lost about 10 boxes worth of items plus albums and paintings that cannot be replaced. I’m extremely upset. After reading other reviews this is not the first time this has happened. Why can’t they ever fix the roof problem for good so people don’t have to constantly deal with this. They raise the rent whenever they feel like it, but nothing is improved. I feel bamboozled, betrayed and taken advantage of. They continue to rent units to people when they know they have a horrible roof/flooding problem when it rains. This happens specifically on the second floor so beware. I had to request to move units but was given only 24hrs to do so. Since this was not a move I planned I had to move, document, dry, clean and salvage anything I could by myself. Plus they have a rodent problem, I’ve seen a lot of droppings which have yet to be addressed. I no longer trust this company. I will eventually look for another storage company to move to.

This review only reflects my initial experience with the location, but Christian at the front desk is a great steward for CubeSmart. He was patient with my questions and helpful when it came to signing my contract. Later in the day, his sharp eye caught that I had not fastened my lock correctly, which left all my belongings in the units at risk. Savannah & Christian we’re Fun & Fantastic providing me with a Great experience at CubeSmart today as a brand new first time customer and first timer renting a storage unit on my own :) Christian was very Helpful & Polite!!! and called me this morning, which was the first day of my rental lease and thanked me for doing business with CubeSmart and asked me if I had any questions or needed anything. He also told me that there was a temporary green lock on my storage unit that I just needed to bring back to the office after I arrived as he informed me that my new lock was inside my storage unit waiting for me. He was very nice and greeted me with a smile when I arrived. Great Job Christian!!! Savannah was Excellent!!! This was my first time ever in my life renting my own storage unit. When I pulled up and walked into the office Savannah greeted me with a friendly smile and hello. She immediately asked me for my unit number, pulled up my account information, and she kindly proceeded to walk me out to the gate, opened it and walked me to my storage unit. Savannah kept good conversation with me the entire time we were together. She explained to me how to use my new lock that was in a nice little CubeSmart branded Welcome Bag with lock directions and business info on the floor in the middle of my storage unit already prepared. She explained what I needed to do to cancel my lease when I was done using the storage unit. We went back to the office together and she made notes as I requested for someone to remind me to pick my spare key back up from the office when I was done renting since I left a key for my furniture delivery guy to drop off my stuff. I signed a form granting key release permission and we were all done. Both Savannah & Christian smiled and told me to have a good day and I was a happy customer on my way. The person at the counter was great the day I rented the storage unit. The rest of my experience was terrible but it can be fixed. The story is that the night I moved in it was raining. I went to my unit on the second floor and the floor was flooded. You could here the flowing of water coming into the building. When I went into the unit itself it was flooded, as well. Thankfully, the stuff I put in earlier, was in plastic containers. It does stop there, I went to the first floor and found the water was streaming through the ceiling onto the floor. The only reason for the single star is because the guy in the front was great.

I only took away a star because of the office hours. Other than that this is a great business with a rockstar general manager. I paid for a month of storage but I was unable to move in because the office is closed on Sundays. I know it was probably my responsibility to check before the movers came but I assumed it wouldn’t be an issue. Anyway, on Sunday I couldn’t find the access code (also my fault) so the movers couldn’t make it in. I had to purchase another unit that day or the movers would charge me a $600 re-delivery fee. The following Monday, I spoke to Christian (he’s the best) and he contacted some higher ups to get me a partial refund. Christian sincerely is, one of the nicest people I’ve ever met.

This place is a great place to store your stuff. Clean and safe . I have 2 units here. One is upstairs and one is downstairs with the rollup door. They have a small truck that you can borrow to move your stuff for much cheaper than renting a Uhaul. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Sophia is the best. She patiently spent time to solve any problem that I had. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I tried resolving my issues with customer service, then received a call from Nick (District Manager), he was no help. I reached out to corporate, and they were no help either. Point is, if anything were to happen while you are utilizing their services, they will not help you! If I can give them zero stars, I would! area for my needs is perfect, overall I'm okay except one main issue was in order to have late night access I'm required to pay additional $15.00 dollars, that's when all went out the window, because on the past I had all night access based on my business.

The facility is nice but it is a cautionary tale! There are too many extra charges ( that they state are non negotiable!!) that you will not incur at other facilities. IE: Insurance, random increases, tax x2?!! Mgmt process fee?!! Also they will not always be forth coming with smaller less expensive storage units they will strongly lead you to the more expensive units!!

I've never had anything in storage before - thought it would be some cavernous questionable experience. TOTALLY OPPOSITE, Alam and Kiyani were incredible during my short stay. The facility was secure and CLEAN and they treated me well. There was also a deal at the time that I kind of didn't believe - 1st month free (minus something like a $30 fee) even if you're out within that first month. There was also a half day truck rental with every unit I signed up for. I ended up with 2 outdoor and 2 indoor units for a few weeks and didn't pay a lot. I recommend this company and location and would use them again if I have to store again.

I phoned in to make a reservation and the reservation clerk was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made several suggestions which made the move easier. The store personnel were very friendly and aided in things on their end. Overall a very good experience!

I have never had a better experience with Self Storage as I did at this location and there is one reason and one reason ONLY!!! Her name is Judy. She was AMAZING. She made me so comfortable and showed me at least 5 different units until I found just the right one. She was so patient and answered all my questions with ease. Even after I moved in, she remembered me and has been so welcoming and I feel like she honestly cares, I don't get the usual corporate feel at this location. I definitely walk / drive away every single time saying "WOW"
