This was the best facility I have ever used. Far better than the other 3 places I have rented in Florida. I recently rented a storage unit here, and the entire experience was smooth and convenient from start to finish. One of the standout features is the free van rental they offer – a huge bonus! It made moving my items much easier and saved me from having to rent a separate moving vehicle. The storage units are clean, secure, and easy to access. Staff were friendly, professional, and clearly explained everything I needed to know. Booking the unit and the van was straightforward, and I appreciated how flexible and accommodating they were with timing. Overall, great value for the price, especially with the added van service. Excellent customer service. Connie called me shortly after I rented the space online. She welcomed me and ran me through all the particulars. We were able to take advantage of using the FREE moving van to bring our stuff to our storage unit. Connie was having a minor glitch with the software at the register and she handled it like a pro, keeping us in the loop and making us a priority. She was a professional and such a pleasure to work with. Such an asset to this company. The storage facility was clean, easily to access and we felt safe and or stuff secure.

We visited Cubesmart to rent a storage unit.. We met Connie, who was very pleasant, polite, & very knowledgeable. She showed us different size units on the 1st floor & the 2nd floor (difference prices). She gave us the options of which unit to take that was more economical. No sales pitch whatsoever. The entire facility is very clean, air-conditioned & spaces. Its also closed to our address, which is very convenient. We're very happy with the service we received. Highly recommend Cubesmart to anyone who's looking for storage units & Connie is remarkable.

I have opened up a storage unit from day one when the place open I have a 10 x 30 unit. The stop that helped me was very nice and very friendly showing me everything tell me how to use the code right from the start. 4 months later I needed another storage unit because I inherited a lot of items got another 10 x 30 unit this unit was right next to the one I had. Every time Connie would walk by she would always talk to me and she knew me by name the place always made me feel very comfortable being there. About a month ago I got it a smaller unit and got rid of my second big one. Connie was very helpful in all the transfer of the papers. Everybody that I have met there along with the staff have been great I love the CubeSmart units very nice very clean. I am so glad you built one close to me THANK YOU SANDRA LANCASTER

I recently moved my storage items to CubeSmart. This was a great move. The girls there were very helpful. Explained everything to me and a 10 x 20 and a 10 x 10 on the second floor turned out to be cheaper than where I was in a 10 x 30. It’s very clean very quiet. I felt safe. They have elevators to the second and third floor and plenty of dollies to move your stuff. I’m also much closer to where I live. It was the best move all around.

I had the privilege to speak to Connie. So friendly, understanding, informative, professional, and I could continue on. After explaining to her what three sizes of units I wanted to take a look at, we took off all the time Connie explaining every detail of this newly constructed building. I was in awe of the detailed set up of the layout. Once I decided on the one I wanted, Connie showed how to use the lock explaining the reason of the choice of the lock. She continued to show me the entrance choices, the phone app. She definitely dotted all the “I” & crossed all the “t”s. I’m sure the owner knows that he has a phenomenal employee.

They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs even loaned us their van for the day at a very very low $ . This is the place if you need storage, they have it all! We needed climate control space on a first floor 2 units near an outside exit and they pulled through! So friendly went above and beyond what we needed. Even loaned out their van to us for the day at an unbelievable price! Thier prices beat out the competition! Very clean well cared for facility! Recently rented at the new tundra rd location in Brooksville Christine and Connie were very friendly courteous and helpful everything went smoothly we moved from extra space storage up the street they kept raising the rent I only had a 5×5 and was paying 120.00 a month at cube smart got a 5×10 unit for half the money I am so happy they opened I recommend to anyone who needs storage to go there
