Ever since the new company took over (Cubesmart) they've changed there prices and changed a lot of policies, and they're very rude and inconsiderate and also definitely does not care about any type of government workers or military. They are not willing to work with you.Especially during any type of shutdown or major things going on with the government . Do not store your stuff here .

Car wash is terrible only brush and rinse work, it's good if u have a muddy truck. Vacuums have a terrible smell that comes out of them I put the .75 cents in just left it running. There's plenty of other carwash on the way to this place save ur money.

It's a bit dark.. Nothing a couple of parking lot lights can't fix. And most of the options didn't work for the whole car washing experience. The car looked terrible the next day. I gave it a 2 instead of a 1 because it was clean. Trash was emptied.

Another UPDATE: I went back again to receive my free car wash and knocked on the door where, ( I guess one of the employees live) he came out and started the car wash for 5 min. I started to wash my truck and there was no soap coming out of the brush. I knocked on the door again and the guy never came out. So I called Lucas and he sounded preoccupied and said he would have to come out and look at it. That's where the conversation ended. I don't know what will happen next...Update: I recently talked with Lucas on the phone and he is going to give me a free car wash. I was told that Lucas will be taking over under new management in November and it will be a whole lot different and much better. When I pulled into a carwash bay everything seemed ok. I put $5 in, set it on high pressure soap and started spraying my truck off. Sometimes it takes a minute for it to switch over from the previous person that washed there car. But all that came out was wax. So I switched it over to foaming brush and I saw soap suds coming from the ceiling. The hose was pulled out from the fitting. I called the number that is on the door and got a guy Lucas. I explained to him what happened and he said he was going to see if there was someone on the property to help me. We got disconnected so I called back. He said for me to come back in a few days and he would give me a free wash and he has other things he needs to take care of right now. So I left. I'll be going back today 9/3/24 and see what happens. Overall it's cheaper for a carwash than other places, but I'm going to see if it's worth it. I'll be back to post an update.

I have been renting here for almost 2 years. It is being run by new people and my rent was upped by $30 with no warning. Received an email that said the billing was changing a new company. Then a phone call was finally made to me but I was teaching so I did not answer. A contract was then emailed to me with the new amount and I almost lost my mind. Spoke to one guy who said he could lower it to one amount and then spoke to another guy who said that was not possible. I am now looking elsewhere and I am not looking forward to moving in this heat.

Change machine didn’t work on 4/25/24. Spot free rinse would not work unless you physically held it into place which meant I could only use it on the front. Barely ANY soap came out while using the high pressure soap (I know more can come out bcuz I’ve been here half a dozen times)… sign of a poorly managed car wash or maybe I just visited on a bad day cuz I didn’t have those problems the other times I’ve visited. Granted it’s been a few months since my previous visit, so who knows what’s going on

I use to come here alot to wash my car til it just slowly started getting worse. Never any soap that comes out of the high pressure soap, never any soap that comes out of the foaming brush, never any spot free rinse. I saw there was new brushes so i decided to try and give it one more try, sure enough still no soap as usual. Never any issues with the storage unit atleast though

I went to Storage World originally when they first opened their storage facility in addition to their car wash. I found the owners to be extremely easy to deal with and it was easy to get in and out of. I also thought the price was very reasonable compared to the area. I would recommend them to anybody.

Don't bring your motorcycle here unless you need more than 5 minutes. Press and hold to stop doesn't work and you'll be paying $10 if you use your credit card, no matter what. Been here multiple times using multiple bays with the same results. It's not worth the $5 trying to find someone for a refund.

Car was taken through car wash. Sat there while it washed and then vacuumed. Apond inspection. Car was still dirty and vacuumed didn't do a very good job. They don't have any signs to tell ya where you got to pay for the car wash. But there was a nice young lady there who told me what I had to do. Nicest thing about the place

Does not look like the owners care much about upkeep on the carwash area. Half the vacuums are out of order or the shampoo and fragrance part of them are duct taped over and don't work. Hours of storage office are short. Have not seen the inside of the storage building but judging from the outside area, I don't think I'd want to.

We like taking our car here because it's close to home and a cheap wash is only $5. It's not usually busy, so the wait isn't long. I also take my throw rugs here to power wash them. It's convenient and inexpensive. (I come here to get quarters for laundry too, since the place I use doesn't have a change machine) Thanks!!!

This is one of the better storage facilities in the area. This is our third one and we are very happy with them. They have climate control as well as regular storage. Gated and access control. They treat for pests. They have a car wash and vacuuming on site. No waiting.

ABSOLUTELY BRAIN DEAD!!! You can not use their automatic car wash - ever. First of all, your credit card gets stuck in the machine. It gets stuck so hard that you can not pull it out no matter how hard you try. I brought this to their attention years ago and they STILL HAVE NOT FIXED IT. Second, the guide rails in the automatic car wash are so skimpy that they will literally rip your tires apart. They destroyed one of my tires completely. I am sure they will never fix this either. MORONS!

An average car wash with vacuum and coin dispensers for car fresheners. I did have a small issue with the coin return. I put a 5 in and didn't get the full 5 dollars in quarters back. I went over to the storage part and the lady at the desk with the cats gave me the rest.

My car looked like Tara Reid after her career collapsed. Pulled up playing Christina Agularia's Dirtty 2002 throwback. The low prices got me all worked up and its family owned? Ut-Oh here we go! Next thing I know I was using the pressure washer to get rid of dirt that Wikileaks couldn't even handle. In no time my Scion was all Mr. Sparkle. I started using Storage World when I moved to SR52 in 2006. I shopped around quite a bit because it was not necessary to have the storage unit close by the house. At the time, in 2006 the brand new storage place was not there on 52 so Storage World was the only one within 15 miles....However, I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place. The woman that signed me up had animals in the lobby (so cute) and it is family owned I believe. I pay roughly $75 for a climate controlled 5x12 storage room and I think its about $50 or so for the 5x5. The units are not lighted, only the hallways...that would probably be my only gripe if I had to find one. The inside units require a pin and code to even gain acess to the halls, very secure. It was a good value for the size of unit, and I had zero problems. Even one time I had a payment issue and they were so sweet about it, took my payment 2 days late and waived the late fee and they have auto bill pay too. Now that I am moving I have to get rid of the unit but wanted to make sure kudos were given since they have been so well deserved these past 5 years. Thank's! :)
