This is the best store that you can use you do not have to worry about no breaking. They have elevators and it’s nice and cool and the workers are very nice and kind. If you need a nice good safe storage. This is the place to go to, and if you have any problems, they will help you and solve it and it would be OK but I never had any problems with them. I love love love the storage will always use them. Your private property and items would be safe with this company.

Our rent increased very shortly after moving our stuff in. Only reason we didn’t move our stuff out was because it’s such a pain to do that. Also once we finally moved into our house, everything with fabric had a very musty smell and had to be washed.

I was a customer of CubeSmart on Rosevelt Blvd in Jacksonville, Florida for close to a year. I was very pleased with how secure I felt there with my life possessions as I built my new home! The employees there were always concerned if you needed help! I was helped multiple times to find a cart when it seemed there weren't any! They always spoke kindly and would acknowledge you if they were in the area of your storage unit! I was never treated like a stranger! Great place to go when you need a storage unit!! EDIT: I was called and they adjusted the increase down a bit. Thank you for doing that. Adjusting the stars for that reason. I had my unit for only three months and it’s gone from $110 to $150 a month. I will not be keeping this storage unit - will be canceling. That’s ridiculous.

Raised prices 25% in first six months and threatened they could do it every month thereafter. Be careful out there! No customer service or concern for those on a budget. And, totally unrelated maybe, but CubeSmart made about $300M as a publicly traded company in 2024 and yet had only one person on staff for the whole building. What a racket!

Facilities are clean and well maintained. However, we were told our rate would not increase as long as we had the unit. 6 months in the rate increased by $40.00. I am not happy as I feel they lied to us. We will be looking elsewhere for a unit with a company that honors its word.
