Don't come here unless you want to be ripped off and have all of your stuff infested with roaches and mold despite it being "climate controlled." As for ripping me off: I've had a storage unit here for a year and a half. When I came in we negotiated the price as advertised. They said if I wanted to pay everything up front I wouldn't be making any monthly payments and it would be at an even more reduced price overall. Roughly 4 months before the agreed upon contract was supposed to end they tried charging me a monthly rate despite already paying it all off. It was a lot of back and forth argument with management until I got in contact with my lawyer and they suddenly changed tune. As for the infestation: I bought a unit that had climate control. Within a month of owning it we had a few bad storms and I went to check out the unit afterwards. The inside had a small puddle (roughly 24 fl oz) inside which I dried with a towel. Nothing else from what I could find. I let the staff know and I was told they had an issue with some of the draining on the building but they fixed it after the storm and that it won't be an issue. So when I come in on moving out day we find a Damp-Rid bag hanging outside my unit. I open it up to find it infested with roaches and mold. A lot of the boxes were stuck to the floor and were destroyed as if a massive amount of water went through. Roaches were found crawling everywhere and they laid eggs under the tape of the boxes. Mold was found on the boxes as well as the items inside. (Keep in mind I did not store any food in here!) I've had to throw out a lot of stuff I didn't want to because of this. I find it appalling that they KNEW what was going on and just put a damp-rid bag on the outside of my unit but did not notify me of this incident! I talked to some of the workers there and they told me the ownership has remained the same but the companies that rent out the place always change. DO NOT BUY HERE. Look elsewhere! So long as this ownership remains the same your stored items will be infested and ruined!

I’ve been with this storage facility when they were Life Storage. And I have to under the new company and management things are so much better. I received notice that my storage rate was increasing way higher than what I was paying and found online. I contacted the office and Ms. Teresa was extremely friendly and helpful. She cared enough to keep my business and was able to get my rate securely lowered. The other management company were not helpful when it came to rate increase. Don't often write reviews unless warranted. Left out of town for a week and had them constantly trying to get a hold of me due to my storage being halfway locked. The door was down but the latch was not locked in place properly. Lady name Teresa took the Initiative to look out for any activity on the unit. They do extreme walk throughs and keep a eye out. They make my items feel safe.

Where do I even begin?! This location has a lot of problems that I want to make you well aware of and to consider before renting with them… There is only ONE elevator in the entire building making it almost impossible to travel from floor to floor and move your items into an upstairs unit. There is no way of knowing this until you rent from them either. If more than one person is using this elevator then this will cause a “traffic jam” ultimately adding many more hours to your move at your own expense. To make matters even worse… There is a cut off time where they threaten to kick you off the premises if you are not out by 10:00 pm, meaning if you have movers that are working past 10:00 then they will rush you to be out by that time or tell the movers to come back the next day, imagine the cost of that experience when movers are already extremely costly. Then to top it all off… There are rat traps from wall-to-wall due to the many droppings found throughout the inside of the building as well as the inside of the units. We found bug droppings as well as bugs in our unit and had to throw away a stored mattress after just a month of renting a unit with them. Then to find out that we were unknowingly charged $100 disposal fee when we were nice enough to lug that mattress out to the dumpster and not place an insurance claim against them. This company didn’t even tell us they were charging us for removal and instead just deducted the $100 from our bank account without our approval. We were trying to avoid placing an insurance claim but we paid for the insurance for this reason, so be it.

The facility is clean and very well maintained. The staff have been friendly and helpful. The only issue I’ve had is lack of availability of a cart to move stuff around. Evidently, there have been people leaving them inside their storage units rather than returning them to the entrance area and the only one left has a broken wheel. I’m told that steps are being taken to remedy that situation but for now, I brought my own cart that I leave inside my unit.

I am not too sure the name of the lady I spoke with however, she is the manager I came from New York to Florida and before booking the storage gave them a call I was told the manager would follow up with me and she did follow up the very next day I was already pretty informed from the agent that I had worked with. However, the manager followed up discussing all of the details and making sure I was 100% informed about everything. Upon arrival The manager was very friendly And again, for a second time went over all of the details we had already discussed on the Phone I felt really confident The elevators work nicely they have rolling carts that you can use A large and a small one, which made it really convenient and saved us about half of the time we would’ve spent unloading our truck. We received a climate controlled storage and felt comfortable with leaving Our electronics in the storage Which is located inside . Pricing wise for a 10 x 10 I was able to Receive on a flash sale For $50 a month plus $11 in basic Required coverage So about $65 After tax Which I think is really great and affordable She went over price increases after about three or four months And was very upfront about the prices given possibly changing, depending on needs And also made it very clear that they are willing to negotiate a better price if needed I also paid four months in advanced And the great thing is they don’t limit how many months you pay at the promotional rate upfront so if I wanted to pay a full year I could have paid upfront at the 65$ rate and my price wouldn’t increase until After the prepaid months are up overall I had a great experience. This is only my first day So, hopefully moving forward the service will Continue to be excellent

This place change management like I change my underwear. It was ok when I had my storage now rats seem like it's a problem there. I had rat pills in my storage and some of the hallways smelled like rat piss! wow! I never experienced this and they go up on the unit like all the time. I was there 3 months and then they are saying the billing was changing. I just don't understand it but I'm glad my stuff didn't get damaged. ??

We've had a storage unit here for only four months yet our payment has increased by $20 when I speak to a rep they said "market fluctuates" yes it does but $20 in just four months is excessive not to mention the units smell like human pee and there's rat droppings on our bins

Every 5-star review has to be a fake review. This place is absolutely disgusting. When I first began renting here there was a clear bug infestation near the space they rented me so I asked to be moved. They moved me to the front half of the building all for me to literally have to smell a terrible smell every single time I walk into the 2nd floor. The smell is absolutely despicable and the place is literally SO dirty. From the floors to the units, to the carts, it’s all despicable. DO NOT BE FOOLED by this place. I will NEVER rent here again. I’m pretty sure this place needs to be shut down for the stench they subject people to inhale. AND for rates to also increase?! It’s the most unethical thing ever. There really needs to be a 0-star.

Avoid this place !!!! There is a bad ??infestation . The smell inside this storage facility is atrocious. I’ve been away from my storage for 4 months and you should see the amount of rat droppings that was over my items. Tons of damage to clothes and furniture. This place has taken a plunge downhill. After seeing what we thought was roach poop, it was actually RAT POOP. ?? it's on the dollies, down the hallways, and we informed the front desk about 3 months we saw a little something here and there, but then, after not visiting our storage for a few weeks, there has been a clear infestation of rats. They have increased the rat traps, but this had not worked since now there's rat poop everywhere! It smells horrible and I'm pretty sure there are people living here. The rent has increased now from $300 to $600 for the same disgusting storage. I definitely would not recommend this place.

11/13 EDIT: I came back to my storage unit from vacation and found tons of rodent droppings all over my furniture, kitchen appliances, clothing and mattress. Who knows what’s infested with the bacteria rodents carry and I may just have to toss some of my stuff out. Not only that but for the last two months I’ve had a $25 hike in price without any prior notice, e-mail or call of a price increase. Avoid this place if you can and opt for a storage unit that doesn’t treat their customers like this. EDIT: This place is absolutely disgusting. I came back and found even more rodent droppings than I did last time. A strange stain on my once-covered mattress and I hear rodents shuffling around in the units. There’s is also a disgusting smell coming from one of the corners in my unit. Clearly there is no rodent control person coming to inspect the place everyday…

Pretty bad experience with theses people. At first everything was "good". Looked clean but as days progressed and we begin moving out items in roaches started appearing. Informed the office ansd even told them we have evidence. Absolutely nothing was done. One the day of moving our bigger items in the elevator was down and they had "no idea" of when it was going to get fixed. Offered no apologies, and there was absolutely nothing they could do. Asked for a manager and said he was not gonna be in for a few days. Asked for corporate number and said there was non. They had the office number only. The worst. Customer service? ABSOLUTELY NONE!

Everything was ok until I go there today and haven't been to my storage since December but today I went to get caught up in payments and things were missing from my unit, I have been in this unit for almost 2 years and I'm very hurt by this, I have pictures of missing things that was there and now they are gone. No break in my locks were changed. Police is investigating the issue I just can't believe this.... I drive OTR so I'm not here and don't go there often only when making payments and putting things in that I have purchased, I've also made a complaint with corporate who's also involved I'm not laying down on this at ALL... ?? It was an inside job, someone there is not an honest person my thing were neat then one of the employees went in my unit after the auction pictures were posted and. I came to pay before auction date to find they had stolen a lot of my things, damaged some things, a lot of the totes have been removed as you can see and things thrown about, everything I had bought Ross bags, Walmart bags , a basket that had all kinds of hair products including human hair, my baby's ps4 and games, (2) 32in TVs and I noticed I didn't have my wall picture that goes over my bed I have pictures of it that's missing I didn't even noticed it was missing until I was going thru my new storage, there's so much missing that I didn't notice when I made my report but God will fix the thief who stole my belongings they even took the broom as you all can see. They used my totes to take the thing they stole and shattered some of the things they didn't think was of value all over the place then on top of that when I was moving my things out to move to my new storage I found a dead rat and it smelled awful in my unit had to redo and clean all my things that wasn't stolen, you pay for insurance and then get the run around but I'll be in touch with an attorney about mines causes no one's going to steal from me and get away with it PERIOD!!!

They have excellent customer service and keep the building and units cleaned and cool enough. However they should have available more carts, dollies, etc, to transfer stuff from the truck/car to the each unit. It is not efficient at all having only two carts for all 700 units.

Stolen RV, - The location has everything you will find on every other storage place… but the main purpose is not satisfied… (Security of your belongings)… I kept my RV “30fts. unit” in this location, thinking it was going to be safe. But “nope”, it has been stolen several days before I found out… Try to talk to someone over the phone, it’s impossible… Went and talked to an employee on site and he showed me cameras hasn’t been working and told me that there has been a total of three other units stolen in the past couple of months… (really)… it make you think… So far I haven’t heard back from management to see if there is any way they will compensate for the stolen unit or damages… For, if, You want a secured place for your personal belongings, go somewhere else…

Would Not recommend my lock does not work and I have not been able to get ahold of anybody and when I do I keep getting an apology that there is nothing they can do my things are inside and I believe the person gave me the wrong keys and it’s been 3 days and now no one will even answer the phone and I’ve been told that they don’t work on Tuesdays at this establishment and it makes no sense to me why any establishment would be closed in the middle of the week every week as well as the weekend especially because I’ve been told numerous times to come back the next day and every time I do I hear the same thing I have more things I have to move and some of my things may be thrown out because there is no one in the office and they have nobody to handle things when that person is gone on the flip side Robby was super nice super helpful and he explained ever so well

Nice easy process, plenty of room. CLEAN!!! No rats or bugs, been coming here every week, sometimes as much as 3x a week, and have not seen any. The worst part about this place is the despicable renters, and there trash. They're so lazy and trashy, they leave there waste where ever they want. I wish they could screen, them, or fine them, go back and the cameras. The trash is real bad there.

Ever since these guys were bought out by Store Space it's been a nightmare. They changed the billing dates which cancelled the auto pay, which meant I had to call them to get the new rental amount and billing dates. Billing on the 1st is very inconvenient, and not being able to change it is a pain. Now they're charging me insurance fees when I've told them before that I already have renter's insurance which covers storage units. Now I can't reach them, nobody answers the phone anymore. The old company was much better and actually answered the phones. At this point it's either pay a late fee PLUS the insurance fee I didn't agree to, or pay the insurance fee.
