Super friendly staff. Answered all my questions and the place is so clean. Went to physically look at the units because I wasn’t sure of what size would be best for me. Anthony and Rick showed me different units and offered their opinions on to which one would best fit my needs. They made a reservation for my picked out unit and then I rented online. Super easy and fast to do. Love the app so I don’t have to remember codes when trying to enter. Even when going to drop stuff off they always come out and say hi. Will recommend CubeSmart to anyone looking to rent a storage unit.

I went in to rent a storage but wasn't sure which size until I needed. I had a photo of the things that need to be stored and Mr. Anthony was able to get me the correct size unit. Mr. Anthony and Mr. Rick were both very helpful and knowledgeable of their products and pricing. They gave me what I needed and didn't try to up sale me on something that wasn't beneficial to me. They were both friendly and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to the Cubesmart location based off my interaction with them.

Obtaining unit didn’t require human contact so as amazing as that is this location’s modernized design allows you to drive in but it’s not detailed anywhere. so it took me two different trips to figure it out. Super clutch love the feature but wish it was mentioned during the follow up welcome call. Super clean and quiet.

The storage facility was clean and the grounds were well-kept and appealing. Mike, the servicing attendant was very friendly and helpful. Although I served in the military during several conflicts and spent 20 years of my life serving this country, Mike was unable to offer me a military discount because I was retired; only active duty members receive a discount. I felt like that was a slap in the face. Of course, I don’t hold Mike responsible for that policy, but I think Cubesmart should recognize ALL military personnel who play or have played a part in keeping this country free with the same discount. Just like all peacekeepers and first-responders. If you want to advertise that you support these people to gain their business, you would do well to offer them a discount for their service. Just my opinion, of course. I only mention that because I think your storage rates are too high, but you are in a great location for future growth of the community. Good luck with getting your units filled!
