After any applicable free rent promotions have been exhausted and you have rented your storage unit for at least one fully paid month, CubeSmart will plant a native tree in partnership with the Arbor Day Foundation™. Since 2010, we've worked with various organizations to plant over 350,000 trees used for reforestation and wildfire rehabilitation.

The Arbor Day Foundation™ has over 50 years of experience in planting trees in the right places for the biggest impact. Using a science-based approach, they identify forests and communities globally that would benefit most from trees.

From May 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026, for every eligible rental, CubeSmart will contribute $1.00 to the Arbor Day Foundation, with a minimum donation of $50,000. The mission of the Arbor Day Foundation is to inspire people to plant, nurture, and celebrate trees. More information about the Arbor Day Foundation is available by mail at 211 N.12th St., Lincoln, NE 68508 or at www.arborday.org. Purchases from CubeSmart will not be tax deductible.

Best Storage facility I have ever delt with !!! The onsite staff make all the difference ! He explained EVERYTHING from billing to facility operations to best practices :-) Not just professional and informative, but friendly as well I've been to storage facilities that not only don't have onsite personnel but are impossible to get a hold of (phone or email) :( not the case with this location / business !!

Dave is very helpful and the store is very clean and easy to get in and out of . It's also in a building not some place you have to deal with the weather. It's also climate controlled. Dave knows you by your first name I don't know Dave's boss but I know if it isn't broke you don't need to fix it . I would give Dave a raise because he's the best thing they have going at this place .

UPDATE - Tyra, who is the social media manager, saw my post. She reached out to me, and listened to my concerns. I explained how I was frustrated because clearly the employee who was working on my account did not understand what was happening. I do not believe he was malicious, but, he did not understand how to do his job (there was an issue with my account and what should have been a simple fix, he made into a much larger production…. And, there was no followup, no urgency to correct the error, etc). She reviewed everything and made sure to follow up, confirm my money had been refunded and she was able to better understand so she can be sure any training opportunities needed could be handled. For this reason, I have changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. I can truly say, Tyra was amazing! She was kind, listened, followed through, and changed my experience from a totally negative to much more favorable. Save yourself the hassle! Go elsewhere! They try to rip you off and then will not help resolve it. They give you the run around and won’t answer the phone and when you call corporate, they say they can’t help. It’s insanity!
