I cannot say enough wonderful things about Cube Smart! From the very start, they have gone above and beyond to make the entire process seamless and stress-free for my elderly parents, who aren’t tech-savvy. The kindness, patience, and genuine care they have shown have been truly heartwarming. When we needed to transfer their belongings to a more accessible unit, the team accommodated us with no hesitation, ensuring my parents had a unit right in front of The elevators and stairs. Their facility is well-maintained, and the addition of an elevator made everything even more convenient. But beyond the logistics, it was the warmth and understanding of the staff that made all the difference. What makes this even more special is that I don’t even live in the community I’m nearly two and a half hours away yet they still went out of their way to take care of my parents as if they were their own family. That level of dedication and thoughtfulness is truly rare. They also worked with us on adjusting the payment schedule, something that many companies wouldn’t even consider. This level of flexibility and compassion has meant the world to us. Knowing my parents are in such good hands brings immense peace of mind. If you're looking for a storage facility that not only provides great service but truly cares about their customers, look no further. From the moment I walked through the door of the office, I knew it was the right place! Zach is amazing ??!! He is so knowledgeable about everything!! He is the reason I decided to get two units instead of one! He was kind, polite, and full of joy ??! He answered every one of my questions without hesitation. He left no stone unturned! The phone conversation that I shared with Zach and the quick processing of my initial from Vanessa. I do suggest that on the weekends, the customer is not burdened by repeatedly inter their access code each time a load is unloaded from the moving truck.

I've rented there for a month now(just after it opened) and it's been a problem! The elevator has been broke down and all the carts are now gone. What is the staff at this place even doing? How about you look at those cameras and see who took a cart and didn't bring it back!

Reserving was so easy. I was able to do everything online and access my storage unit on a Sunday even though the office was closed. I like that everything is indoors and very clean. They also have flat carts to help make moving everything easy. Plus the welcome kit inside the unit with everything you need is genius! It was my first time using CubeSmart and I love it!
