i rented a ground floor large unit. the door opens easily. the welcome bag with tamper proof lock was inside. AC was about 75-78 degrees. enough carts were available near the front door. Very clean.

Place is really clean. We got a unit inside so that AC felt so good. The only thing that I didn't like was that you can't get in after 10pm. What if you have strange hours and late night is the only time you have to load or unload.thats my only issue. The office person Steven was the best. Very courteous, paid attention to every detail that I needed to know. Wish there were more people like him in the workforce around here. He even held the door for me

We only have tools and equipment in our storage unit and EVERY TIME we open our unit there are roaches… we have never ever had roaches in or near our home and this is absolutely disgusting!!!! DO NOT rent with cubesmart. I had two seperate storage units with them, the first we were paying $179, they then increased our rate to $218. The second we were paying $191, they then increased our rate to $244 ?? A $50+ increase. All within 3-6 months of us being given the original rate. When I called cubesmart, they told me in the contract I signed, it states 'rates are subject to change' (was not made aware during sign up) They'll sell you on one rate and continue to increase it over time. Save yourself the stress (and money), rent somewhere else!

Easy reservation/rental process . Staff was pleasant and helpful assisting in picking a unit that worked for us. Facility is clean with easy in and out access for trucks and trailer. Multiple carts provided allowing a smooth transition of items from truck to unit. Unit was cleaned and prepared for our arrival and is climate controlled.

I went by to look at a unit. Steve showed me the unit and asked when I would need it. He suggested I reserve it but not rent it until I was ready to move my stuff in. This saved me some money. He was friendly, honest, and helpful every step of the way. As someone else said, this company should clone him. The property is very clean and VERY closely monitored.

We used the Yulee location Cube Smart while transitioning and closing on both of our homes. We closed on our previous home right before Christmas and had to move our things into the storage until our final home would close shortly after the New Year. The manager and employee at the Cube Smart were personable and kind and it was easy to enter the buidling and unload our things. It's also a clean and new indoor, climate controlled facility.

I was told to sign up online to get my offer. I was told to bring my declaration page in for my insurance and it would be waved. Signing up online has no option to download your insurance so I took it to the office. My unit started today and I’m still being charged the $12.00. I want a refund due to I did everything on my part.

Front desk staff are friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable. The facility is new, so very clean. Controlled climate is the way to go for ultimate protection from extreme heat. The tenant at the storage unit, Ms. Danai was a very sweet lady. She helped me both yesterday and today, when I was struggling to get my stuff to the unit and make my first payment. She was very patient and had a positive attitude. I had to call several times because I wasn’t getting the confirmation and reservation email in my inbox. Place is clean and secure but a bit pricey for such a small space. I also thought this place was climate controlled, meaning they kept It at least cool in there but It was set to 80 degrees the other day I went to move stuff in and It was very hot. I took a picture for proof to show It was set at 80 and not just at 80 degrees because It was hot outside. If anything It should be set to 76 or 77- especially being in Florida. I am very disappointed in this, especially for how expensive It is.
