Candie is an awesome host, she made every step in the process easy from showing the options, explaining things, and 'doing the paper work'. Candie has been available since for questions, and we all know that some vendors are hard to track down 'after the sale'. The facility itself is clean, well-lit, and always feel safe. I have arrived to the storage unit I am renting from this location a little after 6AM today to find a red lock on the unit and monthly payments made to CubeSmart for apparently unknown reasons because it definitely was not to store my property. CubeSmart has made ZERO CONTACT with me regarding any issue with this unit, but again have ZERO PROBLEM WITH MAKING CHARGES TO MY CREDIT CARD. So I ask again what exactly was going to happen to my property had I not stopped by this morning?

My triplets attend college in the state of Georgia at least 30 minutes from Alpharetta.. I rent at this location not because of convenience, but it is clean and the staff is professional. Since I am here on site twice a year (May-August) and everyone knows college move-in and move-outs are chaotic to say the least, I need a storage location/space that is hassle free. I need to be reassured my belongings are protected and my storage reservation is in place and on budget. I am confident enough to say, when a staff member made a mistake on my reservation, the store manager Candie and owner quickly gave me the tools needed to resolve the issue. Needless to say, the price previously promised was honored. The associates on this visit that have helped me thus far are Candie and Alex. Firstly, the service was amazing! There was a nice lady who walked me through the process and then came to check on me. She was absolutely lovely!! I walked into CubeSmart looking to get a storage unit, I was a bit confused because I had never rented a storage unit before and I’ve been going through a move from Flordia to Georgia. I was helped by the young ladies at the front desk, Tina and Candie and they walked me through the process and made sure I was taken care of. Tina gave me the tour with Candie along side due to Tina being in training from what they told me, but these girls a great pair and made my day! The facility was extremely clean and organized. I’ve never knew places like these existed the building is huge but I did leave with a reservation!

This storage place is never kept cleaned like the other cubesmart that I’ve had my items at. The girls at the from didn’t work enough to cover the shifts so if you had questions you would be out of luck. When one was out the other was out. One girl always had something to say smart she was only nice in front of a guy that I seldom seen there. If I was late 4 days they would put a lock in my door.

You know, before I went in here, I read a bunch of reviews just to kind of grasp what the situation here is. I kept seeing Candie mentioned, and I now know why. She’s stellar, helpful, funny and down to earth. The storage space itself is excellent. Just flawless. Climate on the outdoor garage units was perfect inside, which goes to say interior units are definitely fine. Safe area, but good security too. Pricing is solid. Will make a decision soon.

Looking for a storage place has been a bit frustrating because all of the companies transact business online and I felt like there was no one local to talk to. I called the main number at CubeSmart, spoke to the customer service rep, and then asked if I could actually tour the facility. I wanted to make sure the facility is clean and safe before I signed up online. The customer service rep transferred me to the local facility on Davis Drive in Alpharetta. Candie answered the call, and within an hour she was walking me around the facility, and answered all of my questions. She was extremely helpful and friendly. I signed up same day. Best things about this location - the place is new and clean, and there are nice people that will help you if you need it. I recommend calling in advance if you want to visit prior to leasing. If you arrive unannounced the office door may be locked if the staff is helping someone else at that location. - 5 Stars

I had to search for a storage facility when my mom's house was sold and I didn't have time to incorporate the things I wanted to keep, so I was in a rush. First I have to thank the woman at another facility closer to me who recommended this new CubeSmart when she saw my disappointment looking at her units. Then big kudos to Eva and Johnny for helping me through the process at a time that my nerves are frayed and time is short. This place is brand-new, clean, easy to get in and out of. Both Johnny & Eva took time to show me several units, comparing sizes and locations to find the one most suited for our needs. Then Eva helped me finalize everything, putting up with all my calls saying I was running late. Eva has worked at other storage facilities and obviously enjoys her work, and the opportunity to serve others. If you HAVE to go the storage route, do it here, even if it is a little further than you wanted, as it is for me.
