I went in today, Btw (it’s Shannon Keller Buckman) when you see this lol and acquired a unit at the facility on Interstate Parkway. Vicki was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! ????????. She made the process super simple!! Even walk me to the unit and let me view it to make sure it was going to be enough room for all of my belongings! Couldn’t have asked for for better service. Wish more businesses had this type of customer service! 5 ?? treatment all the way! Thanks again Vicki! Would DEFINITELY Recommend!!

I have rented a storage unit from CubeSmart now for about 3 to 4 months. I just recently upgraded to a large unit and the staff made the move very easy. All the paperwork was done on the phone and the larger unit was even cheaper than the smaller unit I was in. All in all the girls in the office are "GREAT"!!!

I rented a 10x20 room. Got there and it was actually 2 10x10s with a wall in between and only one lock for the 2 doors. On my first trip to the office before moving, the guy assured me it was a 10x20 (even though I had been assigned 2 unit numbers), but when I went back after discovering that it was IN FACT 2 10x10s (one of which I couldn’t lock without buying a second lock) I was told that there weren’t enough 10x20s so they rented 2 units instead of one and their system only gave one lock. He said he had told management that this was a problem. I had 2 12’ items that couldn’t be stood up and didn’t want to east space putting them diagonally. The guy was great and assigned me a newly vacated 10x20. But I showed up with a moving truck thinking I had a true 10x20. Let’s not mislead people.

Reserving our storage unit online was super easy! We went into the office and Vickie very kindly and quickly checked us in, and got us into our unit. This facility looks to be secure and they have surveillance cameras monitoring the inside and outside. When we got to our locker they had a little welcome bag waiting inside with some additional info and tips about storing with them. Great experience!

Clean secure and affordable although carts provided could be bigger than what’s there to help with transport of longer items lighting should have sensor on both ends if it’s split between two units. Having just moved my belongings into the unit that is all I can evaluate on

I was a bit premature in what I'd written in my previous post about CubeSmart. This place is typical and does EXACTLY what the other mainstream storage facilities do....increase rental rates unexpectedly and irrationally. There is something so sinister about an organization that capitalizes off of people's pressing needs, particularly during such challenging and difficult times! Most people that utilize storage facilities are already in a precarious position, even without the traumatization of being subjected to ever increasing rental hikes. It's a shame that we live in a society that capitalizes off of pain....

Cheyenne is probably the most personable, pleasant, and helpful representative of any retail establishment I have ever encountered. She saw me approaching, got to her feet, came from around her desk, and greeted me with her genuine, winning smile, warmly welcoming me while extending her hand as I entered the doors of this storage facility. After professionally inquiring of my needs, she escorted me on a tour of the facility and showed me a couple of available units. This place still smells new and was very clean, brightly lit, and perfectly environmentally controlled, complete with high-tech video surveillance. I was highly impressed and supremely confident in the knowledge that I need to look no further than this CubeSmart to trust with my household furnishings and personal possessions. This entire experience could not have been bette! I am totally sold out to the CubeSmart brand, and both me and the company have Cheyenne to thank...

BLUF: Do not rent with Cube Smart for shady business practices at the worst and poor due diligence at the best-case scenario. Since I know how much y'all care and look at these reviews, I can assume that this will be the best way to reach whoever needs to read this! I am extremely dissatisfied with CubeSmart. I entered contract with Cube Smart at store location 5622 on 548 Taylor Street on the 17th of May. I left a great review after receiving great customer service from Janett Smith at this store location 6669 (I changed out that review too, but y'all probably didn't get that notification). I come to find out that Cube Smart sold this store location effective date June 7th. This sell was done without any basic due care of Cube Smart to its tenants. I can assume that Cube Smart, especially the General Manager Janett Smith, was aware of this acquisition at a minimum of a month in advance (longer than when I entered contract to the date the store was sold). I am extremely dissatisfied because I only found out when I tried to check the status of my rent and could no longer see my storage unit on my pay portal. I called Cube Smart and was notified then that it was sold to Augusta Best Storage. As of writing this I have received no notification from either company regarding this transition or the state of my storage unit moving forward. Cube smart failed in due diligence by not making tenants aware of this change that has great potential to affect the status of our storage units. I have to travel frequently because of the military, and I do not have the time to see if my storage unit is going to be closing down or getting an astronomical price hike. I would not have rented this storage unit if I would have known there would be uncertainty less than a month later. I do not have any notification of this so I can only assume the worst. What I assume is that Cube Smart was renting the units at store 5622 at a more than 50% mark down than this location 6669 (less than 15 min drive away) in order to boost occupancy numbers in an effort to make the store sale more appealing. When I asked about the huge price difference between the stores, I was told it was because some stores do different types of promotions from time to time. To that extent if the store were to have a higher chance of being sold due to these last-minute cheap unit occupancy increases, then it would improve Janet Smith's chance of promoting to Regional Manager. Janet Smith mentioned she was gunning for the promotion when she was assisting my move and encouraged that I leave a good review (which I did because of her great customer service- but I assume it was for the worst now). Do better than this Cube Smart.
