I was looking for storage units in Newnan Georgia. I came across CubeSmart. Location is all climate controlled and offer great rates, as opposed to the other storage unit that I was looking at, and not even climate controlled. Then I realized CubeSmart was the one. That’s what sold it for me, as well as the excellent service and a great experience!!! The location I chose was 65 Diplomat Pkwy Newnan, Ga. 30265. Ask for Christie, she’s wonderful to deal with. You won’t be disappointed.

First they say you get a months storage free not after all the fees. It tallies up to be just under your monthly fee. They went up 3 times in one year on my unit. They have their dumpster locked so you are unable to dispose your trash. Customers cannot use the dumpster at all. The furniture dollies were all broken but one. When I moved out. The last few times I went to my unit, the elevator which my unit is right around the corner from was out of service. They also do not prorate your move out. Do I'm just put 140.00 when I just paid my bill. 3 floor storage is something to think about. I sure didn't think it through.

He let me see the location first and then we discussed all the fees up front so I would understand the entire process. The Newnan GA location of CubeSmart is great! The facility is quite new, and staff are knowledgeable and attentive. Bradley and Christie were both both excellent to work with. I’m happy I found this place. Prices are competitive with nearby Public Storage, but I think this place is better because it is staffed during the day. And you get local help, instead of calling a central helpline that doesn’t know the specifics of the location you’re interested in.

I was blessed with her amazing customer service, care about my issues, and most importantly her constant and prompt resolution of the mixup that was made by the customer service agents on the phone.
