I've had my storage unit since August of last year, and my experience has been truly amazing! From the very start, Jieurka was incredibly helpful in finding the perfect-sized unit for my belongings while staying within my budget. She was always available to answer any questions, including when I considered switching units, and needed to use the van to transport some of my items. I recently moved my business and needed a 10'x20' storage unit, so I was debating between four options in the area. I decided to check out CubeSmart in Bellwood because their outdoor signage advertised "First Month Free (see manager for details)." Unfortunately, the unit I rented did not qualify for the free month but was instead offered 20% off. Needless to say, I was pretty disappointed—especially after getting my hopes up because of the ad. That said, I want to be fair: the climate-controlled, indoor unit is nice, and the facility itself seems well-maintained. But I can’t help feeling like the advertisement was misleading, and it left a sour taste in my experience. Just be aware and ask detailed questions before committing if you're expecting that free first month.

Walk me to my unit to show me the space and as we were walking there this young lady was looking down picking up nails picking up anything that will cause a flat tire to anybody that be moving in and out like you talk about customer service you talk about excellency. It was just amazing. It's find someone walking the grounds, picking up nails, picking up glasses, picking up anything that can puncture a tire. So the service was just phenomenal. She was phenomenal. This is the best place for storage! I chose an indoor storage unit and I was shocked that I could pull a 26 foot truck indoors as well to unload my items into the unit. That was extremely convenient. The staff is so patient and professional! I’m highly satisfied will my entire rental experience!

I needed to move out of my apartment immediately due to gas leak. Instead of rushing to sign another lease, I decided to move back home with my mom for a little while. Cubesmart was not only able to accommodate my late minute plans but the customer service (all there ladies) was impeccable. The storage unit was clean and I also got a welcome bag. Lastly, the app with the gate access is the best. No need to get out of the car nor wait. Just use their user friendly app. This will be my go too storage company and I will be recommending then to others.

Jieurka and Cordae are the greatest reps for smartcube. Jericka sold us on getting a climate controlled storage room. Then Cordae processed all the paperwork. Carde, Kenya & Jieurka could rule the world and I would imagine they would do it with a big smile. I had a nightmare of move where everything possible could go wrong and the three of them could not have been more accommodating and helping. I am not located in IL, which was a challenge for this move, but they assured me everything was going to be, ok, and sure enough it was even better than ok. Jieurka was so kind and helpful in getting the storage unit set. Kenya was a therapist who took my numerous calls and answered every single complicated question I had, with kindness. They have mice. I noticed it a few trips ago while rearranging, however I didnt think it was the worst, because I figured with the temperature changing one just happened to sneak in and they would handle it. Nope two weeks later a few nights ago I went back and noticed droppings. By my clothes boxes which was placed on top of my furniture.( So yes on my furniture )and around the out side while taking pictures, I noticed a mouse a few doors down. I went to leave and noticed another one on my way out. I am so discussed!

I asked for a vehicle space to be reserved for me and though it was required of me to appear in person sooner than I was to be in the area, they were able to accommodate me. The person I spoke with, Cardae was amazing. Very polite, efficient, and able to make what I needed happen. The service provided by Cardae and Cube Smart was outstanding and very unusual today. Unfortunately, CubeSmart has tested my patience! We have had a unit there for 10 yrs and have seen the property decline both in service and caring. It seems like every 90 days they raise the rent....due to management changeover, so they say. Biggest concern is the rodent problem! BIG BIG BIG BIG PROBLEM! The staff was helpful in finding us a smaller unit to change to in order to reduce our rent, but the rodent issue just keeps getting worse and worse. Now, I find a dead mouse every time I open our door. They do put out "bombs' to kill the mice or rats, but that doesn't help the damage (they eat the shrink rap)! If you can find another storage place somewhere else, I advise you to do that. They will tell you that rodents just come with the property...nothing you can do about them. Well, there is one thing...I can move, and I am moving, to where the contract says no rent increases for 365 and NO RODENTS, for sure! This serves as my 30-day notice!

Titiana, the GM, and Anita were two of the best! We were extremely appreciative of the recommendations and advice we received from both of them with the arduous move from a larger unit to a smaller one. The two days of work were made more pleasant knowing that both of them were present for any of our problems or needs...even with the complimentary bottles of water! We want to thank the District boss for the follow-up and the kind consideration we received for the 10 years with have been clients. It's been a great relationship and we hope to continue it with the new unit we've leased. Our gratitude to everyone...Deb's Grandmother is happy the "boxes" found a nice home! :)

I came in to close my account 1 day after billing. Instead of paying for the full month, Anita Funcher and Tatiana January were able to set me up to only pay for the one day! Also they helped me out when my car battery died and I was putting in the new one. Fantastic service! This place is great.

I appreciate cubesmart GM (Tatianna)...she has always been extremely awesome and accommodating. I have been with cubesmart since 2012 at the Bellwood location! This location is a safe environment and so very clean. This is the BEST cubesmart location in my opinion and the staff members are so nice. Every time I call or visit the location to make a payment.....everyone has a good spirit and this is what allows me to continue to do business with cubesmart and continue to store my vehicle at this location. I recently contracted with Cube Smart to store items during my relocation. The staff at the Bellwood/Broadview location was helpful and informative, providing assistance in determining the best size and fit for my needs. The key to good customer service is building good relationships with your customers. Thanking the customer and promoting a positive, helpful and friendly environment. With that said, I have been renting a storage cube from CubeSmart Self Storage located 2801 W. Harrison in Bellwood, IL. for 5 months. The staff is always friendly and willing to help, especially Ms. Shalonda Crosby. Recently I had to transition from a 5 x 10 unit to a 5 x 5 unit, a task that usually proves to be laborious and arduous. However, it proved to be quite pleasant and quick due to the help of Ms. Shalonda Crosby an employee of CubeSmart Self Storage. Keep up the great customer service!
