I have been at this location for 10 years this month ! Talent Zone pottery . The new general manager here Shekeena is very nice she stays on top of the property maintained and what I like here is that she pops her head in just to say hi when she sees my door open. A nice facility very clean

I like the security and most of the improvements to the property. My storage unit is in a location that is hard to get to because it is in too tight of an area for my truck. The rest of the property is easier to get to.

Absolutely love this place! Got my unit the day I needed it! It’s 24/7! The only thing I’d change is add lighting inside the units or better lighting around the units to see if needing to go at night but other than that this place has been nothing but amazing for us!

I have been with this storage company since before they took over the units. They have accommodated my needs and my issues. Toya is amazing to deal with as well. The property is kept up. They have security features such as a locking gate and cameras. They have a fast response time with any issues that may arise. I would definitely recommend them. Only bad thing I come across is the amount of rent. But they are worth the price.

New Management had updated the renting processes completely into the digital age. Making things more convenient for the renters. Guest Service was top notch, anytime I had a question or concern it was addressed immediately, They do call back and work with your availability schedule if your work schedule is difficult. Many updates have been made to the facility in the last year. Making it more secure and ease of accessibility.

Tried to set up the app for autopay 3 separate times with no success leading to me having to pay late fees. Also they raised my rent inside the first year 20%. That's why I moved out. Felt like greed more than necessity. Other than that my stuff was kept dry and secure. But there are better deals closer to my house.
