I have multiple large units in one of their facility. The staff is extremely professional and try to accommodate all our requests. Their customer service is excellent Climate controlled units are the best. Their non climate controlled units have many problems. Starting with only flimsy drywall partitions between units on metal frame with no plywood or any board to support it. There are holes in the walls and you can see the contents of your neighbors unit.. Your next door neighbor can also gain access to your unit easily. The partition should be cinder blocks to maintain security. Some of the units have missing light bulbs. The ceiling is too high to reach without a tall ladder. The main gate has been broken for months and kept open 24x7. Finally, the dumpster is overflowing and not emptied since I became tenant

Care for the facility declined significantly. There was rarely management on site to discuss the issues. And when there was, they didn't seem to care. AND, they DOUBLED the price over the last year / 18 months. I finally had enough. I found a better place and a better price. I felt that my stuff was safe. I give them credit for that. But the care for the facility at twice the price was too much for me. I will share this experience with everyone I talk to.

Dawn was a little terse and kept throwing more terms and conditions at me as I checked in for my unit. Maybe storage attracts bad people because it sure seemed like I was treated like someone trying to commit a crime by storing my car at this facility.

Buildings need repair, needs more lighting on both sides of aisles and pavement in the 400-600 aisle needs bathtub size holes filled in with blacktop. Women manager Dawn is great and very helpful tho. Price is better than some other facilities.

Worst storage ever, thank goodness I am moving out. My whole unit was covered in mouse droppings. This was not the case 4 months ago but now it's bad and I am not the only one that has this problem. There was a lady across the way from my unit that had the same problem. The way this place is laid out all units a subject to this problem. Not to mention the complete mess the grounds our in. Not worth the money!!!!!!! Update: Moved out on Sunday Oct 1st and had paid for the whole month of Oct., at move out nothing was said about refunding any money and still have not received any communication about the move out. Also the unit was cleaner when I moved out then when I moved in(I took pictures).

Since new management, the grounds are horrible! There is gravel all over, which almost made me wipe out 2 times on my motorcycle, potholes are everywhere, I got a flat tire on my motorcycle and on my car from it, the gate will not open from the inside with a motorcycle, and rental prices are significantly increased without notification. THIS IS NOT IDEAL and needs to be addressed immediately!!!

The "lady" was very, very nasty. Very rude, immature, insulting and inconsiderate. Take your business elsewhere. It looks like the reviews giving them 5 stars are not legit from real customers, the real customers are the ones complaining and giving 1 star.

The manager, Betsy Teramani. She has always been so friendly and accommodating. I believe that most people stay there simply because of her personality.

We had a couple questions as we packed up our units yesterday. The man in glasses who works there is unprofessional and rude. He wasn't even wearing his mask PROPERLY. He was short in response, inconsiderate, and didn't give a damn about helping confused customers. Employees at this location need monthly reviews.

Scam. They offer a price online and push their mandatory insurance on you. Well guess what i didnt take the unit. I budgeted for the price shown. If you are going to push people to take it should be built into the price.
