I had the privilege of being their very first customer! From day one Natalie has always been very helpful, kind and professional. The storage unit and grounds always stayed clean! They built this little grasslands area in the front for wildlife and on any given day you could see the geese enjoying the water and sun. My grandson especially likes that! I would rent from them again and again! Natalie is the best!!!

I was impressed with the facility...got a fair price on a 10x25 ft storage. The carts are a huge help in carrying from vehicles to unit. Nice they have a public restroom . The staff was very friendly and helpful

What can I say. This place is amazing. The Storage facilities themselves are very new and are an excellent condition. All of the units are climate controlled. The pricing is great although I’m sure that’s going to go up as they get more full. With all that being said, the best part is the customer service. The experience I had was absolutely enjoyable and they made signing up quick and easy. I would absolutely recommend this CubeSmart location.

This place is not only very nice, and indoors, the prices for other places that are not climate controlled are even higher than here. The locks are made to prevent break-ins, and I like my stored items being safe and not worrying about mold, water, and theft. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the process couldn't have been easier.

I am planning a move to the KC area and looking for storage while in transition. I liked this facility since it is new but what I really like is the manager Natalie, she obviously isn't new. She clearly explained everything I needed to know and more than just a price which was welcome after the horrible CubeSmart experience I had 2 years ago in Las Vegas and ended up renting elsewhere because that manager was nasty. CubeSmart has a nice facility here, I left with an excellent experience.

I went to view the unit in person and the space of the facility is very large. It was a little more than I expected. The agent onsite she was very helpful and informative.
