Pretty good the first unit I rented ..but 3 months later raised my rent 34 dollars smh...then I rented another unit was supposed to be 1 months free ?? but that didn't happen .when I called to ask why the guy said every 6 months there's an increase then I told him I've only had it 3 months he hung up on me lol ..they can do what they want cause you gotta have it ..the 1st month free rent is a scam I guess and you'd think I'd of got a discount on the 2nd unit ...a lot of falseness in advertising .. The girls in the office are very nice tho

It’s a storage unit. Yay! The door lock slides are wobbly and difficult and the roll up door is difficult to open. The door seal has a black goo on it that stains your clothing if it touches. The online page to rent a unit is cumbersome and did not work. Still had to wait for someone to come to the office to complete the process. The staff are fast and friendly but I’ll probably never have a beer with them. I think I’ll go to the restroom now. I’m back. Their entry/exit keypads should be located in a way to allow access from the vehicle as opposed to having to get out into the elements. I’s especially difficult for people in a wheelchair. I need another beer.

Awful Management. There were two people (managers) at this location. The male attendant was great....but the older woman drives past your storage and looks to see what you have in it, and then makes comments about it. My associate was told that all the aerosol cans we had on a shelf (about 30 for car care and house work)...you know, the once you by in the supermarket auto store, Lowes etc., were a fire hazard and had to be removed immediately. we did not comply...so EVRY DAY she drove past our storage space CONSTANTLY looking for anything else to complain about. She did this for the 2 days we moved out...making sure I didn't take the concrete or metal building I guess...she drove past a total of 5 times each day...when i confronted her in the office as to why she did that...she said she, "NEVER DID THAT AT ALL EVER". we were there a total of 3 months..and with this kind of management, we were uncomfortable...so we move to a much larger, cleaner and better facility about 2.5 miles away...we are MUCH HAPPIER in our new location.

When I started to rent the storage I was told it would be a certain price. I wrongfully assumed that the rent wouldn't go up about 50.00 more a month after about 3 months. During the signing of the rental agreement from my understanding, I was told if I'm more then 5 days late on paying my rent I would have to pay a late fee. On the fifth day I went to pay the rent and though the 5th day wasn't over, I still had to pay a late fee. If you consider renting at this place be sure to read the rental agreement carefully and also be sure to ask a lot of questions and record the conversation.

This is my first month with Prime and I have a great impression to get started from. I kind of write off the first month free thing because at least for me the admin fee charged at booking is an equal amount to the first months fee so do with that point of view what you will, not a negative just an observation. Now for the actual review. Upon completion of booking online I got a call shortly after from someone at the location offering to help me get everything set up before I arrived so I could just come in and unload my truck whenever was convenient. There were only a couple e-sign forms and a copy of my drivers license needed so that was all pretty straightforward. I then got email with my unit number and gate code, the following day I arrived and just bypassed the office completely and went straight to my unit and started unloading. After about 45 minutes a car rolled by and didn’t stop and then turned around and went right back by I didn’t think much of it at the time but upon leaving and seeing that it was the employee at the offices car I was immediately impressed. They could have been just checking to make sure I wasn’t putting anything against the rules (a vehicle) inside the unit but I took it as despite the cameras providing security the employee was likely making sure that some random individual wasn’t going around emptying out storage units into their U-Haul. It struck me as a pro security initiative that the employee didn’t really have to take the time to do. I will be sure and stop in and say thank you next time I am there at the same time.

I was a customer here for about 4 years. Aside from the raising cost, I didn’t really have an issue. That is up until they had a rat problem. Might I add, they knowingly had a rat problem. Much of the items in my unit were destroyed and had to be discarded. I reached out to the owner to discuss this and was told that it was my problem and they weren’t going to do anything about it. I am no longer a customer here nor will I ever be again. The woman at the front office was also exceptionally rude and unprofessional when I went to let them know I was out of my unit.

The property was very clean and the staff was very knowledgeable about taking information from me and accommodating my needs with the correct unit size.. I thought I was going to need a larger size but after describing what all I had the staff helped me save money. I have also used their parking numerous times and feel very safe storing here.

Not only is this a great location for us but the staff here is undeniably some of the best I've dealt with. The manager, Gina, has gone out of her way to help us and our drivers in and out of the gate, answer questions with such kindness, and has even taken care of fixing our door herself a few times and fighting off bees for me! I am so appreciative of her communication anytime there's a problem. Anytime I have gone to the office needing help she has been thorough and efficient but yesterday I had a short conversation with her and she is just a pleasure to do business with. Thank you again, Gina!

Etter Dr location had wonderful office person. Rest of experience was not good. Hard to get on phone. Locked my unit and didn’t inform me. I had nothing in it, but when I came with a load, couldn’t get hold of anyone etc. They don’t care about customer service. They’ve gotcha and your paying mandatory insurance of over $22 a month. Go to “neighbor “ app and find rental space for reasonable price!

Price is right and way less than where we moved from for the same size. My only gripe is we had to sweep our the unit prior to moving in, there were oil stains and mud on the floor.

I called the main number to the directory and had someone be helpful but it was when I actually went to the place and talk to someone in person that I felt like I was getting what I wanted. She was very nice and didn't take much time to get me set up and explain everything to me. The first month was free and then the second month was $90. When I was charged up front a insurance fee of $13 and a service fee of $25 plus I needed to buy one of their lockers for $15 I was finally set up and good to go. I felt like I got the deal that I wanted and the service that I expect with that.

I called this place to inquire about pricing for my daughter. I told him that I would let her know that she would contact him because he was the best priced that I had called for the units. He kept pressuring me for her information even after I eventually gave him her name. And when I wouldn't give him her phone number, he hung up on me. I will go with another storage unit company even though I will pay more. Very RUDE!! Bad for business!!

I had a large storage space here for 12+ years. From June 2009 through July 2021 I made every single rent payment on time. In August of 2021 they emailed me my bill from a different address which my spam filter grabbed. I didn't see the bill and so I missed payment number 147. Again, this was the first payment I hadn't made on time since June of 2009. Five days later I received an email notice from the address they'd always used indicating I was past due and would have to pay a ~$40 late fee. I called and explained all of this to them, but they refused to remove that $40 late fee. For being five days late. After 12 years. So I would look elsewhere for a storage facility if I were you. I moved out this month (Sept, 2021) purely out of principle. They are a uniquely garbage company.

I searched for storages at the time this was the only place that had the size I needed. 1. I’m very annoyed because the rate has changed 2 times in 7 months. The price is incredibly high. I think they lie and say it will be one price when you get the unit, then change the price as they see fit and it’s never in favor of their client. 2. I can never get a clear understanding as to why they keep razing the price higher and higher. If you call customer service they act as though they cannot help you at all. 3. The closing time is a inconvenience at times. 4. Just as soon as I can find ba place to live I’m definitely leaving this company, and pray never to you them again.

I wasn’t receiving bills for the longest time, but finally got that sorted out due to a clerical error. Fortunately, we never missed a payment… until one time, then I did (it was 1 day late). FYI, the company is not willing to work with you on any level (even with never missing a payment in 18 months). The over the phone customer service is awful so if you’re looking for a company that has pleasant people to talk to after the fact, this isn’t the one for you. They could use a refresher/updated education on customer service etiquette. My particular location in Nicholasville KY is great though. The woman who runs it is awesome! So two stars for the company as a whole and five stars for the location I use.
