Where do I start? My storage was literally flooded and everything got molded two months after moving in, the manager at this location was made aware. Yet no other unit was offered, but I am still required to pay on the unit while the insurance finish their inspection oh and I won’t be refunded for paying on a damage unit. So I went ahead and file civil suit. Store at your own risk

Made reservations on Friday, when I showed up Sat morning no one was in the office. Call customer service, they said " not sure if That location is open for service ". Half hour later a rep from another location opened up and set me up with a locker

I've been with this storage facility for at least 10 years and Cube Smart is the only owner to steadily make improvements. Since they've been here, theres been great office support, fire extinguishers and rodent treatment. I'm sure more is to come.
