The young lady who manages the facility is friendly and courteous. The location seems clean, but there are mice around. I've only had the storage locker for a short time and and have discovered mouse droppings twice.

This Storage Place is Top Notch! The person who runs it, Christy, really knows her stuff. However, she could use a little help. She just cannot be in 2 places at 1 time. You will see her taking care of rhe grounds then a bit later inside helping people. She puts a sign up saying when she will be back but you cannot get anything done in 15, 30 or so minuets. Please get her some help, if not, how about someone for a couple days so she can do all of her tasks. Or maybe show her how much she is appreciated & doing such a swell job. You don't find many like her anymore. Oh, and how about a restroom on the 2nd floor??? Thank You & God Bless!!!

Can't say enough about CubeSmart. Very good price for climate controlled; not too much higher than non-controlled. Staff couldn't be better. Super friendly. Instantly remembered your name when calling back days later. Not being able to drive up to a smaller unit at first seemed inconvenient, but not so in reality with carts just inside the roll-up door. And very easy to up-size or down-size once you are in; all weather protected. Honest upfront about any initial discounts going away and when.

I cannot say enough positive things about Chrissy at your facility. She's helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and super responsive. I didn't meet Greg until a few visits later and he too is easy going, polite and helpful, a perfect pair :) I've talked with Megan several times, also helpful and friendly! Since we moved in, everything was smooth sailing. With all the distraction moving brings Chrissy continually supported our family in reminding us of access info, billing and advice on the best use of space. Personally, having someone so helpful and responsive is a lifesaver as I just can't remember everything with a household of kids - and no matter how I reach out to Chrissy via phone call or email, she gets right back in touch with me. She's a superstar employee without a doubt - Every CubeSmart would be lucky to have her. We could rent space anywhere and have been solicited to do so for "discounted rates" but I can't foresee ANYWHERE having better customer service ***** Thanks Chrissy & Greg :)

Everyone has problems when they're moving but mine were exacerbated by some really bad circumstances with my Movers. The people at CubeSmart storage in Timonium were absolutely wonderful. Chrissy and Gregg were so helpful and understanding and patient. They were just the right mixture of business and understanding. If I could give them 10 Stars I would. There is no comparison on who to choose when it comes to your storage needs. They are number 1!!!!!!
