He explained the best door to use based on the locker location I chose. He showed me the location of the carts that they allow you to use. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed completely. June 6th signed a lease with this cubesmart. Person on duty was aware that the keypad is out of service and reaffirmed that it should be fixed by the following day. On the 8th, me and group of friends drove a U-Haul truck packed with my belongings to the storage to find out that the keypad is still not repaired. It was until nearly four weeks later, June 26th, the keypad is finally back in service. I wish there’s a minus ?? .

Hi! My name is Amelia, I have been looking for a storage unit for the last few weeks. While I was driving in Clinton I just happened to see a few banners for CubeSmart. My curiosity got the best of me so I stopped and went in to see what the rates/prices might be. While there I was greeted by a gentleman named Miguel. He was extremely informative! Even taking time out of his day to walk me around and show me all the different unit sizes. I am disabled and in a wheelchair, He was extremely patient with me. He walked slowly at my pace, answering all my questions as we went along. He was even able to give me information I hadn't even thought of. I'm very grateful that he was able to give me a full tour without rushing me. I will definitely be renting a unit here as soon as I'm ready. I have to admit, I was honestly surprised at how great Miguel's customer service skills were. I also really liked the idea that he had so many different moving supplies in his office. He was able to show them all to me and explain what they were and how they worked. I also wanted to say, I absolutely loved how clean and maintained the facility was as well as Miguel's office. It made it so much easier for me to move around in my wheelchair as we talked. I definitely highly recommend CubeSmart storage units in Clinton. I had such an amazing experience all thanks to Miguel! I’ve had my unit for two years now, and I’m very pleased. Miguel has been consistently helpful and kind. The location can be confusing for people who don’t know the area- and as a woman it can be a little nerve wracking to use the space alone. Today, in a fit of toddler like rage, I couldn’t open my unit door. I hit the door and yelled (we’ve all been there right?!) and someone watching the cameras I assume came to make sure I was okay immediately. What was a rash moment of immature annoyance made me feel safe. I’m grateful to the staff and happy to have a unit to keep my “stuff” safe. Thank you!

Had an awesome experience with Miguel. Seeing as they have multiple units under another building he confirmed with me if i needed a taller unit since i didnr know before booking the reservation. He was nice and got us checked in super quick had candy (bonus!) Showed us multiple entrances in case its raining. 10/10 recommend this place. Its also the cleanest storage unit i have personally ever used. My family has 5 storage units across the USA from traveling all the time.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I moved items into a storage unit and 3 days later a pipe burst over it ruining the bulk of my possessions in the unit. I was called at least a day after this happened while my items sat in a pool of water. If you make the mistake of storing anything here be sure to keep items well off the floor and covered in a tarp. Maybe you’ll survive the next pipe burst in this “climate controlled” storage facility Edit: Wanted to add that the awful experience continues. Today I was told what is now the third story of how my unit was flooded. CubeSmart refuses to produce the incident report that was filed when the damage occurred so I'm unsure which version of how my unit was flooded is true at this point. Was it a burst pipe? Was it flooding from the snow melting? Was it a failed water tank? CubeSmart Clinton certainly doesn't seem to have that answer despite managing the facility

Angel went over and above today for cubesmart!!!! I got the run around for over 24hrs from cubesmart customer service when I got transferred to Dez, who went over and above to help me and to try and make sure I could get into my unit after being locked out and told multiple times someone would take the lock off soon or the general manager isn't answering!!! All I needed was to get into my unit for my son's shoes!!! Dez was able to make it happen along with Angel who ended up driving to Gardner and taking the lock off and helped me get my account straight!! Both of you men deserve to be rewarded for the extra efforts that you have made today!! Thank you very much!

I recently needed to rent a storage unit and needed help understanding how the whole process worked. Angel, who works in the office was able to go through the entire process and explained everything very thoroughly (how renters insurance works and how to fill out the online application). When I had difficulty figuring out how to use my app he called over the phone and explained it. The storage rooms are spacious, doesn’t smell like a closed basement and the security there is great. Awesome customer service and I highly recommend Cube Smart!
