Bre was so helpful. They were closed when I went there on a Tuesday (I didn’t realize they close on Tuesday) she saw me at the door and told me they were closed. I explained my situation and she helped me and got me a storage unit! She went above and beyond to help me. She could have just said I’m sorry we’re closed. But she didn’t. She’s the best!

Aaron was great when I decided to lease a unit! He helped me find the right unit for my needs. Unfortunately when I attempted to start loading my items into the unit my gate code was not recognized. It was after office hours so I couldn't get anyone to help. I was only able to get in the building after someone else was exiting. I have attempted to call the office in order to figure it the issue but have had my calls disconnected. This isn't the service I was expecting when I signed my contract.

I wish I could give less than 1 star because the customer service is AWFUL. I have tried reaching out for over two weeks (including going in the business) to try and cancel my unit. No one is ever there or ever bothers to answer or return a single phone call. Definitely would NOT recommend this place to anyone. I would literally recommend ANYWHERE else but here.

Even though the location is great and the storage units are new, the main entrance is problematic, the code panel to gain access been beeping for over a month till this last Friday it wasn't working at all, that without mention almost 50% price increase, when you try to call to figure it out guess what, robots So if you need your stuff you gonna have to wait few days

I’m not sure how I feel about this place anymore. Something is always broken, carts are scarce, the restroom is always locked, it’s cold in there and don’t think it’s acclimated as it states it is, and they increase prices way too often. I haven’t even been here a year yet and the prices have gone up numerous times now. Tempted to do business elsewhere especially with the raise in price because they are definitely not the best price around any longer.

I've only been at this place for three months. The lady, when i signed up, told me on the phone I wouldn't have to worry about a rate increase. My bill went from $61 a month, and then the following month, they wanted to charge $110. Esp for a storage unit you can barely fit anything in. Definitely not happy how they do business.

I reserved a 5x5 space and when I came to view the space they showed me a smaller space, was closer to 4x3 which was easy to spot because it wasn't square it was a rectangle and wasn't 5' at all. I was blown away. It doesn't take a genious to realize a small square space isn't what it's listed as. We had to go across the entire building and up in the elevator to be shown this. I said it wasn't 5x5 as soon as I saw it. The woman said "I know". The woman acknowledged that the spaces don't exactly match the size. She mentioned they can actually be bigger and someone complained that day about their space being too big. She mentioned it to me because she said people always have something to complain about. I don't think it's complaining when you show up to view a unit you reserved only for it to be significantly smaller than advertised. I honestly couldn't believe it. I couldn't leave fast enough but I had to walk awkwardly back to the office and down the elevator with the girl. I feel bad for her because she was great and clearly has to deal with working for an awful company that puts her on the spot like this. They clearly are dishonest and make the poor employees lie but they don't want to. She completely understood it wasn't the size advertised but she was put in a bad position. I hate companies like this.

Rented a space then came down to the site and turns out the manager is sick and no one is here to get u set up. Definitely check to see if someone is actually here before renting. I had called ahead of time that I wanted to move out for June I spoke to an unpleasant staff (Sophia?)they said they couldn’t assist me and that a manager would call me in 24 hours I waited for the phone call and called again once I noticed I didn’t receive the call and when I called and got ahold of the manager and didn’t have any record of my calls I showed her my proof and she assisted me and was very kind and helpful her name was Jessica I will never forget how thorough and helpful she was!! There was some miscommunication with the room size and corporate. After that was figured out and settled, the owner himself called to make sure we were taken care of and he went above and beyond. Jessica and Sophia are the managers in the front office, they tried and did all they could to rectify the initial issues. I'm very shocked how they handled this and went out of their way to make their customers very happy. Thanks again for taking care of us. I recommend this place, they really care.

Jessica in office saved my account with you, I spoke with customer service in my move in date the person that I spoke to the second time I called to have someone reach out (office staff was out sick) so I could get my lock for my unit I called in and was asked to wait 5-10 minutes if no one had reached out to me yet to call back (that rep was super sweet) I did not get a call back so I called to follow up, this representative was rude and nasty when I explained the situation she said well there is nothing I can do you will just have to come back, I let her know I was not comfortable leaving things unlocked and the lock was already paid for she said well there is nothing I can do let me suggest you go buy a lock for now. I was beyond ready to cancel and move out same day as move in however I was able to speak with Jessica the following morning she explained the illness and why no one was in (none of my business but super appreciated) I had also moved into the wrong unit Jessica fixed that with a smile for me. If it wasn't for Jessica you would have lost a rental please improve over the phone customer service... Let Jessica train them she will show them how to do it right.

Signed up with Sam today for very large unit at an unbelievable price and only paid $1 for first month ! Super friendly super clean n very helpful hes fully explained everything in great detail and seems to be very attentive so far recommendable.. adding this part the next morning I did however go to get my work equipment out of the unit this morning and the access code pad was reading 4:19 am so I’m now late to work by 2 hours because it was 3 hours behind so now I have to wait 3 hours to access ! Def not a good look starting out
