Had a great experience here. This facility is relatively new and the units are emaculate. I had a bad experience at an ExtraSpace storage nearby and this was 10x better. Customer service was awesome and I’m glad I went into the office. The whole process took less than 15 minutes and I got to see the space before making the decision. I feel like this was the best storage place I could have gone to. The climate control here is great for storing things that could be warped/destroyed by heat or humidity. Went with a 5x10. Very happy with the experience so far.

Watch the pricing. They raised the rent by $245 within a few months. Read the contract because they give themselves permission to spike the price. The motion sensor lights are annoying as you can't stand still for more than a few seconds or they turn off so when I was trying to put some shelves together I had to constantly stop and walk 10'-15' back and forth to trip the lights on again and you can't just wave your hands- no; you have to walk back and forth. Also, your phone does not work in the structure; no calls in or out, no looking something up on your phone period. Get the price in writing including how much they can inflate the price before you consider cubesmart. Very disappointed.

OMG they were so nice, great customer service, they facility was new and clean, and they are half the cost of a national truck rental and storage moving company I've been using !! And if that wasn't enough, she asked how far I was going to bring my storage closer to home, and offered me the company van for $10 for 4 hrs! Instead of making 10 trips with my SUV! Listen to the logic...GO HERE FIRST!!!

Went to purchase my storage unit the other day and the place was clean, Megan at the location was so knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. The neighborhood was also really nice. They honored the price I found online like they said they would and all was perfect. My husband went to the unit a few days after I purchased it, and he came back, beaming on how amazing it was. This was the first time I have ever rented a storage space and was a little skeptical about it at first. However, everything was just great. Terrible. No staffing and no sign explaining why. Called last wk and informed staff that we would be checking out today and needed assistance. Showed up this morning with door locked & lights off but normal business hours posted on the window. No one answers the local #. Call the 800# and reps there just say that location is supposed to be open but they have no way of contacting anyone locally. Kept checking until 3 pm. Apparently, they are short-staffed and planned to close today but didn’t actually tell anyone or have the common courtesy to put a sign up on the door.

As a clean, climate controlled, relatively affordable place to put stuff for a short time while moving, Cubesmart was great. Docking it a star because on multiple occasions (myself and others on later visits) there was nobody around to help check in or out, even past their lunch break time. Also, I'm not sure if this is just a Newton entitlement thing or a storage place thing, but any time anyone else was there, it was a nightmare. Triple parked trucks/SUVs. People using all of the six available dollies for their one move. People parking massive moving trucks in the middle of the lot so nobody else can get their car close. People putting their things right in front of the access door so you can't navigate around. These were all different experiences I had.

This is my second storage space experience and it was great. The facility is new and spanking clean. The general manager Mark is welcoming and makes the necessary sign up process easy to understand and quick. There is plenty of space available but lookout, spring is coming. They are cost competitive with other storage nearby and climate controlled too!
