I needed the space and I always had access to my blongings when I needed it. The unit itself was always dry (the only thing that wasn't good was when you would blow the sand or whatever you did to clean the driveway...sand got inside even though the door was closed) I never had any issues so I would most certainly recommend you to family and friends looking for advice.

I have maintained a storage unit here for the last 7 years. The climate controlled units kept the stored items fresh and prevented the damp and musty smell that might otherwise be expected. One note of caution is the escalating fee structure. Over the first year or so the monthly fees were reasonable. However each year the fees escalate until the fees are unreasonably high. A strategy might be to periodically vacate an existing unit and move to another unit somewhere else to take advantage of reduced introductory pricing.

Due to no contact situations, everything is done through internet and phone calls to get a rental. Once you set up what you want, you go there and find your unit and pickup a bag with info and your lock and keys to use throughout your rental. With coded gate entrance and exit, it is all a safe way to do a rental.

Once we moved into our unit the price went up and up and up. By the time we were forced to move because of the ever soaring price our unit was up to 425.00. Guess it would be great for a big business with endless amount of cash, but our small business could not afford ridiculously higher price.

Easy move in, very clean, raised foundation to protect from water damage, all paved parking, secure gate, cameras. We pay online and never have to deal with anyone, however the lady that sets up your unit in Worcester is so friendly and makes your reservation EASY. Sorry I don't remember her name but she does a great job.

?I gave this company the benefit of the doubt when I first started with them, despite having several issues. After six months, I regret having done that because I've had nothing but trouble here. The first issue I noticed was that it is very dangerous pulling in to the street that leads to this storage facility. You have to stop in the middle of the road and it's a very busy fast moving traffic and an unexpected turn because the highway has not properly designed a proper turn-off here. I've had close calls with being rear-ended and it's terrifying. The next issue: IF YOU ARE RUNNING A BUSINESS and rely on access to your unit DO NOT RENT FROM this facility! Not only are they expensive, but paying your monthly fees is a nightmare. I am a person who pays all of my bills when they are due. First off, the "PAYMENT KIOSK" at the gate is broken. So you can try to pay online (with a courtesy fee of $1.95 added on), but 50 % of the time the website is not working. You can't log in, because the system somehow "forgets" your login credentials. After trying to reset your password a dozen times to no avail, another option is to call through their "telephone automated payment line" which charges a bigger "courtesy fee" of $3.95. I'm already paying 25% more of what the competitors are charging for my size unit ($164/month for a 10 x 5), so this is not acceptable to me. You can go pay at the office.... but the Sturbridge office is UNMANNED, so you'd have to drive 45 minutes to Webster to make a payment. I don't know if it's a scam to add on late fees, but I've been locked out of my unit because of the problems they have with their system... and the management just shrugs you off. You can be left without access for several days because NO ONE IS HERE except briefly on Tues & Fri. For the amount of money they are charging for their units they should have sufficient staff to cover this facility. This is the most problematic storage facility I've ever dealt with. I wish I trusted my instinct in the beginning... it's been nothing but a hassle. I'll be moving all of my belongings elsewhere.

Clean, well maintained, and easy to get to, this CubeSmart facility is almost perfect. The only reason it's 4 stars is that it's a remote site without a permanent staff, being run from there Webster office. The Webster site is 5 stars, and the manger Donna is awesome. )
