Upon arriving and never having used a storage unit before I had to go ask for help, was greeted promptly as we were walking up to the door. The gentleman was very friendly and helpful showing us what we needed to do and gave us an approximate area to go once we were inside. Very satisfied with the help I was given and would recommend coming here for your storage needs !Clean facility, staff is friendly and very helpful. The prices online are an amazing deal, which is one of the reasons I chose this facility, the location is convenient as well!

A couple days ago came in to pay my rent's at CubeSmart my manager Tyler just got a haircut and it was a little bit after 5:00pm that day July 3rd and he was Happy tooo see me !! As a matter of fact I guess I was the only Customer he had seen all day, like I was a sight for sore eyes he invited me in, he had been standing outside getting some air doing something on his phone. I paid my Rent on my two units ,he Thanked me and with his Professionalism he Wished Me a Good Evening and a Happy Holiday!!!! JOSEPH AL -KHOURI

It was an absolutely awful experience. As if my life wasn’t falling apart being in need of a storage to begin with, I greeted by two husky men that didn’t even get out of their seat until I waved at the locked door. I said I was there to finish my check in and receive my keys and was told “you’re already moved in” “umm ok how if I never got keys?” “They’re in your unit!” “Ugh ok great where’s my unit?” Never standing he waved his hand left and said down there. Being in a PLAZA I drove further down looking for a sign. After diving around the ENTIRE strip mall I returned and said “I just went from distraught to irritated af. “ will you PLEASE SHOW ME MY UNIT. he again with a waive of his hand said “see that yellow box? Go find the next one down” never getting his body out of the chair. I was thankful to the other Tyler getting up and walking me down.

My experience started with a gentleman on the phone fir customer assistance. He was patient and very kind as well as efficient at asking questions to see what size facility would be best suited for my needs. As we were talking I was in Route to the Lapeer/Center Rd facility where I met Tyler. He was so welcoming and approachable. He was patient and kind which was key to my securing this facility. I found the facility well lit, clean and it had several access points as well. I think I will be comfortable storing my deceased daughters belongings. Thank you so much. Although they were unaware of why I needed a facility they were attentive and thorough on ensuring my needs were met. ??

I tried multiple times during business hours to rent a unit never any employees in the office. Note on the door stated "will be back at 1:30" waited until 2:26 and still no one showed up. Spent my money elsewhere
