Very Convenient, Let's you reserve before having to pay for anything which made me feel comfortable and not locked into anything right away. I was able to check the units before storage and paying.They do offer a move in van for day one move in, that's 'free" but there are rules to using it and will need some money down that's refundable so just keep that in mind. I didn't use this option this time, but it definitely helps. The area is clean and well kept. I'm glad I chose this unit.

The pricing is reasonable, and the service is very helpful. However, it is concerning that there is a FEE for making payments online and over the phone. This is an unnecessary additional charge, especially considering the cost of the storage unit.

The first year went pretty well with no major issues. The old manager was nice and very helpful. Something happened to the old manager and now there's a lady in charge. She can be helpful at times. Here recently my 24 hours access keeps getting cut off. I'm told that it's an error in their system. The first 1-2 times was okay but it happened again 2 weeks ago. The manager Donna fixed it just for it to be messed up again a week later when I went to get some equipment. I called Saturday morning 11/23/2024 to speak with someone. The gentleman that answered the phone wasn't the nicest. He was able to fix the error in the system for me but didn't offer any sympathy after I told him this occurred again after being fixed a couple weeks ago... Any who, if you're looking for a reliable storage unit then I suggest you shop elsewhere because I am!.

The ease of getting storage set up is awesome, the staff seems friendly enough and so like how self serve this whole place is. That’s why I gave 2 stars even though I really want to go 1. The 1 is due to the roaches. It looks all clean and bright at first but give it a bit with closed door and they will come take a look at what you’ve brought for them to crawl on. They have roaches. If you didn’t have roaches before storing your items here. You will absolutely have them upon moving out! That is why I’m giving up everything in my unit that has crevices of any kind, including my couch, my cat tree, a bookcase, a desk, and some boxes that weren’t airtight. Idk what was packed in those, but I know there are roaches in them now. This decision has costs me an additional month in storage fees since I cant just abandon what I don’t want and there’s no on site disposal. So now being new to the area I have to figure out how and where to dispose of these items and rent a truck to dump this stuff because my van is not about to become a roach mobile. I would complain to management but from other comments I see they have been made aware and I’m guessing have not done much to resolve it because when I say roaches crawling, I don’t mean 1 or 2 I mean enough to say, this clearly didn’t just become an issue. I’ll never do a storage unit again here or anywhere else after this experience. It’s a great concept but cannot and will not do roaches. I’ll edit with pics when I go to clean out. I’m certain that will be some there.

My time at cubesmart was very temporary, my belongings were stored 3-4 weeks. I loved that the initial contact and setup was done all virtually and no contact needed. It was a smooth transition… customer service was also great and informative!! The reason for the low review is due to the office Manager Donna. When I was half way through moving out of the unit we spotted a bug and upon further inspection we found out it was a roach. I had never seen a roach in my lifetime and it felt like the earth stopped moving. I was scared… the only thing I could think of was to bomb the unit and bomb the moving truck that my items were on. So we bombed them and returned after 4 hours to continue. That’s when I realized the tops of the units are opened for air ventilation pretty sure it’s about 6-8 inches of just open spacing that connects to each unit. My heart sank a little because even though I’m no pest expert, my common sense told me that the bugs probably just evacuated during the bombing but could’ve returned when it was safe. Me and my family moved the rest of our items into the u-haul and only spotted two more roaches which were dead probably from the bomb but not sure. We then decided it’d be best to bomb our u-haul once more for good measure seeming how bombing the unit was probably useless. We moved our stuff into our new home and bombed again… we were just to nervous and didn’t want to take any chances. We also laid home defense around the home and put down diatomaceous earth everywhere around the home before unpacking. 2 weeks went by with no sighting and I thought we made it out safe and I was feeling so thankful. Then I seen a roach crawling on my closet door, instantly knew we had a problem. I instantly got online to figure out a solution before I had to deal with an infestation. So I bought some products and contacted cubesmart by email to let them know that someone in that building has brought in roaches so they can also do their due diligence. Donna contacted us back and left a voicemail, we went back and forth playing phone tag for a little over a week and a half. During that period another roach was spotted and the concern for the situation grew desperate & I dreaded the war ahead. Finally got in touch with Donna yesterday and was met instant attitude and snarky remarks instead of being sympathetic to my unfortunate experience she insinuated that I could have brought them their myself. She insisted that her pest control guy came out and said their were no evidence in the building of roaches, I asked if she had seen the dead ones in my unit and she said no and she believed her guy and that he had lots of experience. I then asked if the other units were checked and she said that her guy knows what he’s doing. (so that’s basically no) She stated that they have bn their for 3 years and that I am the very first person to ever say they found bugs in their units other than a few rolly pollys or spiders occasionally, kinda funny that she said that after reading other customer reviews. I told her I had proof and had pictures that I could send over as proof because I have no reason to lie, she said I could send them over but it means nothing, how does she even know they were taken in the unit. I was appalled that she was insinuation I was lying I couldn’t believe it, it almost felt like she was defending herself from an attack. I wasn’t blaming her or cubesmart for the roaches, it was clearly brought in by another customer and I was trying to help them and see if they were willing to just compensate me for the products I paid for or even just the month rental cost that I spent seeing how now I have to deal with a very expensive problem!?! I said back to her well how do I know you and your guy aren’t lying about not finding any bugs?! She immediately got triggered and told me the line was recorded. I was pleased to hear it because I hope district management goes over the call to bare witness of the poor customer service and the way that she treated the situation. I hope they resolve the issue & let Donna loose.

I had already spoken to an attorney, but Dona stepped up and took charge and actually put things in motion. It is because of her that I canceled legal action. Go elsewhere. The place looks new. The initial rental was with a male manager who was friendly and reassuring, but had lots of extra fees to get going. The manager now is a woman with white hair who is extremely rude and has gutter level customer service. The rent increases by huge amounts and customers are treated like they are stupid trash. Lots of better storage places to choose from. Nobody needs this.

I've been a customer at this location for almost two years and had a wonderful experience with management when I moved in. I'm not sure when the staff turned over, but I have recently had a terrible experience with the new manager named Donna. I called to make payment arrangements on my unit, as I was less than a month behind. Despite my being calm and asking questions for the sake of clarity, Donna frequently cut me off when I was speaking, raised her voice to me several times, insulted me in a myriad of ways, and inferred that I was stupid. One might have thought that I owed her, personally, the rent on my storage unit. I don't think I have ever experienced customer service that was so degrading and humiliating. People get behind on their bills, it happens, but that does not mean that your staff gets to belittle customers as a result.

The manager of the location I chose was incredibly helpful, and did a fantastic job making sure I had the information I needed to finish setting things up. The website had a lot of fees and prices that weren't mentioned up front or were pretty obscured, so that was a bit of a bummer but I'm overall satisfied with my experience.

Every aspect of using Cube Smart has been a very positive experience. The care they have shown in my personal needs and for what I needed to accomplish has been excellent. Going through the turbulence I was experiencing, they made this very easy. In addition, the storage facility is impeccably organized. It is very clean, acessible and accommodating. There are moving carts available for needs that may come up. Personnel have been extremely helpful to me from 2 different locations. I recommend this facility highly.

My belongings got infested with moth eggs and larvae here (yet they don’t allow you to take preventative measures such as using moth balls), and CubeSmart as well as their third party insurance provider was indifferent to the issue. I also found ants in the storage unit. I would not recommend storing your things here.

Bad experience right from the start with a bad attitude from door opening. Not sure if I was just the wrong race or what but I should have walked out. Do not put your unit on autopay they think once you do that your money becomes their money and will withdraw after you are out and it is a major hassle to try to get a refund. Only reason is 2 stars and not 1 star is the facility is nice and new.

I’d give this place zero stars if I could. The staff is terrible. They don’t even know if their indoor is climate controlled. I’d you have anything their now I’d check for mold damage. They had a hole in the roof and ruined all of my stuff. They are saying they are not liable but they are a brand new facility. I was there barely 6 months. They get one star only because I have to give them one to write this review. I had thousands of dollars worth of furniture damaged by mold. I cant even bring my 1 year old sectional in my new home because it smells like mildew and my son has Asthma. My insurance claim was denied because I don't know what caused it? They also charged me an extra month because they claim I didn't tell them I was moving my things out. They were made aware a week in advance. I also spoke with a woman that works there as she was doing a walk through of the building while I was moving my things out about the mold and me moving my things out. She told me someone else had the same issue in the same building which is climate controlled. My unit was 3019 so be cautious with your property. The man I spoke with when I first rented the unit was nice. After that the woman I spoke with on the phone was very rude.

Awesome customer service and super accessible units and hours. Tiffany, the manager, was extremely responsive, helpful, and personable. Forgot the keys to my lock one time and she personally drilled out my old lock and installed a new one. Couldn’t recommend more

I had spoken w/the manager (Kevin, I believe), on the phone, to get my unit reserved. I really liked the deal for 1st month free & the manager sounded knowledgeable & courteous. On moving day, things were taken to the unit & it was clearly the wrong size & not what I paid for. I didn't have any time or energy to get the issue worked out & needed it fixed asap. When I spoke with the manager about it, he found the problem & IMMEDIATELY went to go resolve the issue & find the nearest, correct-sized container. He called back within 10 mins, with a new, close by unit & the paperwork ready to sign, to switch to the correct unit. He said I needed to come by the office to do it & I explained that I might not be there before the office closed & he then, immediately, figured out a solution for how to do it over the phone. I have worked primarily in customer service, so I know that things happen, but what sets a place apart is in how the problem is handled. Kevin was extremely competent & helpful, in resolving the issue. Additionally, the whole place was spotless & I love the drive-in to my unit. Great experience.

Manager was so responsive and helpful. I was able to reserve a unit online and less than an hour later I was moving my stuff into storage. The process was seamless. The facility is new & clean. I got a unit down an interior hall. It was hot, and being able to pull inside to unload was great! There are rolling carts to easily move stuff into your unit no matter where it is located. Would definitely recommend this facility!
