Jeff was really helpful with getting me set up with my storage unit. I was in a bind and he was able to get me situated quickly. Facility seems well lit and clean. He even had suggestions on how to pack my storage unit tighter to get the most out of the space. If you need to find a storage unit quickly this place will accommodate you.

My gate code rarely works but im always able to speak with someone to help. The units are set up nice but alittle too close together and the price seems too high for being non climate controlled and small. Been using them 2 months and thinking about finding one bigger and less expensive but it's perfect if you don't have to store alot and have money

Ive been here since 2020. I have not had any issues other than a gate problem. When I started to bring my camper here the rent was $65. Then one year it was bumped to $80. Now, as of Nov. 1st it will be $95! Other than an electric gate and possibly some cameras, there are no other incentives to justify another increase. I cant believe they have done this. Combs is like $140 for my size camper. They have several things that are included and are way out of my price range. Why would you increase it this high. I have called around as of yesterday and everyone is between $50 and $65 tops for the same set up, and most give the 12th month free if you pay for a year up front. Your reputation follows you. Good luck as I will be moving on soon. The lady at the front desk said that corporate called around and based their price on other rates. Funny so did I and they are way off. People are very nice here its a shame I cant stay. This is what happens when a big company from out of town buys up the little ones.

This place is amazing. The staff has went above and beyond to make sure that this very uncertain event in my life went as smoothly as possible. The ladies here are outgoing and very supportive. They have definitely been a huge help in making this new transition the best that it can be. They always made me feel welcome and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Really flexible and nice people but their storage units were overpriced, their security system was down half the time, and the actual layout of the storage units made it really hard to get around in. Lots of sharp corners and small roads which were poorly lit. Made moving anything in or out difficult

Don’t try and rent a u-haul from this joke of a business! Had a 15ft truck reserved and couldn’t get anyone to answer the gate or the phone.. Contacted U-haul head office and they couldn’t get a response either. Owner could care less about his business or yours.. Complete JOKE!
