I’m giving this storage business 5 stars for cleanliness and professionalism. Matt helped me with getting the smallest unit available for my needs and the entire booking process was prompt and efficient. I like that they offer an app for ease and convenience. There were no signs of trash or pests. And the floors and outdoor areas were visibly swept clean. The location appears safe and is conveniently located in Summerlin. The first month is marketed as free, which compared to their monthly fees, it is affordable. However it is not actually “free” if you count their processing & administrative fees. My total was $66 to book the unit same day. Which is reasonable considering is paid through next month. Which will be raised significantly; well over $100. But for a short timeframe of 30 days it worked out for my situation. Overall I am happy with my experience.

I’ve never written a review on Google, but I’m doing it now just for Monica. She had been so patient and nice to me, and made sure there’s no issues left with me. Since it was my first time reserving a self-storage, I had no idea what to do. She spent so much time going through all the steps with me and walk me to my storage. We emptied our unit after seven years because of unexpected and drastic increases in rates:a 67% increase over two years for a 10X10 and a 30% increase over four months for a 5X10. Also recently they determined that the carts/dollies to transport your items to and from your unit would no longer be indoors by the doors and accessible about 12 hours a day. Instead you now have to get a dolly/cart from the office during business hours five days a week but not during unposted lunch hours. Very inconvenient and time-consuming.

Getting the unit was a pain. I did it online but I wanted to talk to someone. I went twice and there was a sign in the door that said be back in like 45 minutes. I ended up wandering around the facility until I found the right door to go in. Then there wasn’t a cart. My unit is basically top floor and all the way down. I ended up carrying all my stuff to the unit. When I came back with another load still no cart but I brought my own. I really don’t like where it is and would have selected a different one. Other than that. It’s a storage unit. It’s fine.

Easy target. Thieves broke the latch and took everything. Employee said their surveillance didn’t cover our unit. Last month I met a couple who were filing a police report. CubeSmart seemed more concerned about their broken latch than our belongings. Their cameras are worthless if the employees don’t care. Beware. One star is generous.

This is worst storage company ever! It looks great on the outside, but after we renting we were very disappointed with this company! The security of the property is a joke. Someone tried break into our RV and they took no responsibility! The staff is not helpful at all and don't care about their customers. If you have anything has any value to you, don't store it here!!

I have moved about 20 times given my 62 years of age. I do not EVER recall anyone performing in such a pleasant, proactive manner as Evelyn at the Hualapai location. About ten days ago I popped into that location seeking a storage unit of 10X10 or 10X15........two of each. Evelyn said none were available, but she referred me to a sister property that did have one..... but only one. I did, in fact, rent one (10x15) at the sister location where Christine and Zoe have been fabulous. However, I additionally needed either a 10X10 or a 10X15. Today Evelyn called and told me both were available at Hualapai, and I chose the larger unit. That unit is on the first floor directly inside the outside door------very easy access!! Thank goodness I did not have to search madly for a unit; Evelyn found me one and secured it for me. Now I can sleep soundly knowing that my furniture (which needs to be moved by September 30) has a secure environment. I think it is, sadly so, highly unusual today for a person to exhibit such proactive efforts in helping clients. I am Not a negative person, but my experiences are many and reality speaks loudly. No response, no one available to do anything. No notices/signs saying staff was showing property. Just no staff around at all. Renting elsewhere......
