The obvious factor is convenience. The facility is near us. Signing up online was straightforward. And the person at the location gave us an orientation. We moved boxes in within 15 minutes. The automated gate control is in the app. So no awkward reaching a keypad most of our visits.

We went here to get a storage unit on a Saturday and signed all paperwork then they ran our bank card twice billing us over $200 for a 10x 10 and on my side it said approved by the bank cubesmart kept telling me it was denied on their end. So I called my bank in front of him and my bank even told him you have billed her twice and they are both approved. They said we cannot give you access to the unit until Monday which we needed today on a Saturday. I said okay then refund my money so I can go get another unit, he said they cannot start the refund process until Monday then I would need to bring them a bank statement ! I logged into my bank app and showed the clerk that both transactions had been processed and debited from my bank account he still said well I can’t help you till Monday. Would NOT recommend them!!!

Climate controlled up to about 90°, after that it’s straight up hot and humid. The humidity is so high that my tools are getting a layer of rust from being in there all summer. Definitely something to consider if you have things that are sensitive to humidity. Everything else is very nice though.

Very easy to set up storage unit online and move in. Everything is ready to go once you are all paid and set up. The price is reasonable. There are cheaper places close by BUT I tried them and cancelled because the entry gate or the elevator (my unit was 2nd floor) were always broken. Let me tell that is very annoying when you are trying to load your stuff in. This cube smart I’ve never had an issue with the gate or elevator. Easy breezy. Well worth the extra few bucks. I’m very happy with my unit. I highly recommend this CubeSmart.

I never had any issues with the facility- it feels safe and well maintained. I like that there's a rolling cart to use (it lives next to the access door). I found it to be pretty convenient as far as access, and the gate always worked properly. I mostly appreciate that when I was ready to finish my contract, it was handled quickly and without any trouble.

All of my families photos where stored here when my parents when to Florida. Every single photo was damaged and is covered in black mold due to a leak at this facility. This is a devastating loss after tens of thousands of dollars were spent to store precious items.

Easy to go online and get a space. Got a discount for that. But i did not see anywhere thatvstated my vehicle had to be licensed and insured to rent a space. Got a call stating this after i dropped off my truck. I informed the gentlman that the reason for parking there was because registration had expired and was unable to keep at my property. If i had the registration up to date, i wouldnt need their servises. Almost $300 for first month!

Staff was out early before opening and cleaning the moving trucks out, I dont know many locations that put that much care into their job and it was very refreshing.
