Cost double in one year. It’s infested with mice and reeks of rodent urine and feces. When contacted about the rodent issue they stated they were aware and had been handling it but no mouse traps in sight, only odor control attempts. Horrid place - would not recommend.

So happy I chose storage here! Cheryl was so helpful and nice. The storage here is very ample but beyond that extremely clean. The entire place is clean here even the bathroom is well maintained. I feel safe too! Cameras are always on everywhere and passcodes required for entry. Highly recommend for your storage needs.

A Horrible Place. As you consider where to store your goods, beware of this outfit. Greed is their corporate motto. They give lousy customer service (their office is never open) and in return they continually raise the rent. They certainly lost my business. They started on the low side (the bait) then raised my rate almost 100% in 2 years (the switch). That is not inflation. That is pure greed. To the reader of this review, you will come to regret choosing Cubesmart for your storage needs. I know that I have.

Needed to store appliances and furnishings before a move to a new house. CubeSmart had a great variety of sizes to choose from, temperature controlled, clean, large parking area to load and unload, several safety measures to access the facility and free access to several rolling carts to help with transport from car to storage unit. Convenient auto pay, too. Highly recommend

This storage unit, which I had for nearly 4 years, is infested with mice and rats. Droppings everywhere- please avoid so you don’t have the extensive damage to personal property that we did. Disgusting!

I went to move into my unit on Sunday 2/20. Rented a truck, had people drive in from PA and Virginia to help with the move. And we couldn't access the unit due to the doors being out of service. No communication was given to any of the customers nor was their an emergency call put in to fix the doors or even someone maning the doors to allow the customers to access their units that they paid for. Instead there was a note on the door just stating "Out of Service". This caused me to waste an hour trying to find another unit at the very last minute as well as put out extra money since cubesmart had already taken my funds and then have to drive 35 mins out of the way to another storage unit. This was completely unacceptable!!! Very poor customer service!

It was temporary, that turned into long term, but I no longer need the storage space. I Love the staff at the location I was renting. They only contacted me regarding reminders or past due, the tone was always professional not belittling. Today I went over to this storage. I had made a reservation to see a 10×15 and ask some quick questions. Traffic was bad and I was running later than I would have liked and arrived 5:40. I understand this was close to closing time but it was going to be a quick visit. When I walked in I had asked what the price was of the unit and I received a rude response from the gentleman saying "You know we're closing?" They were not doing anything and only started to help me after I mentioned I had a reservation. I asked if the online process is the same as in person he said yes. So I then asked is that military discount included he said yes right away. How can it be the same price if I never mentioned my husband was in the military? He was not taking care of me as a customer and only cared about leaving for the day. He even mentioned leaving before closing time at 6pm...He said he cant combined but another location was able to but they did not have climate control available. When my husband arrived his attitude did not change. We were able to leave at 5:55 before closing. Due to the military's life style a lot of those families use storage and sadly I will not recommend this location to other military families or any other people.

The facility looks excellent. However, will not commit to a 1-year rent rate. Consider whatever rate you are quoted to be an "introductory rate," a teaser that can be jacked up at any time. Based on reviews by others, it looks like everyone gets an increase. This may not technically be "bait and switch," but it sure feels like it.
