The people who own the property live there and are very racist and very rude

I have been using the Cube Smart on Frontage Rd in Cherry Hill for many years now. The service there has always been excellent. The manager has always been friendly and very helpful!

I have been a long time renter of a storage unit at 1820 Frontage Rd Cheery Hill NJ. The location is very secure and well maintained. Kept in order and clean by the manager (Valerie) for years. I 100% recommend this location

We have been storing our things for well over 10 years here and have never had any issues or problems. We currently have about 6 units. Our experience here has been wonderful the property is always clean. Well secure. Most all Valerie as been wonderful. I have referred all of our friends that are in need of storage space here. We plan on staying here forever.

Greeted by a lovely woman on our check in day, who walked to our site and showed how to most easily open/secure the door. The place is clean and, although I've only been there three times, on two of those times I saw someone cleaning/sweeping.

The ability to load directly in the unit.

My initial moving in was seamless and the unit was clean. I am very disappointed in the decline of this facility. The entrance gate has been broken for months, so there is no sense of safety when accessing your unit. Also, they raised my monthly fee $50 without any notification. The unit is already overpriced, but I opted for convenience. They know how to reach me by email when a payment doesn’t post, so why can’t they contact me when they are increasing the rent? Contractually, I should be given 30 days notice. Also, the office is never open and it is difficult to reach them by phone. I gave them 2 stars because the unit is clean and water free.

The lady that helped me was very polite and helpful. I like the simple enrollment process. So far no problems.

Doesn't deserve 1 star. Super disappointed in the level of customer service and the quality of the facility. Not only was no one ever on site, the gate to the facility was always open. Didn't feel secure. My unit was infested with mice and I had to dispose of 2 couches I stored there. Just really disappointed and I've since moved my other belongings to another company and couldn't be happier.

It was very easy to work with your teams in Mantua and Cherry hill.

Management tries hard, but it seems like the corporate backing is not there to help them do their job effectively. The security gate broke and I waited for several weeks but it was never fixed. I finally moved out because security is important to me. Call me silly, but that’s why I wanted a gated storage facility.

I like the fact how the store sales clerk explained everything in great detail, the rates for their storages were completely fair, and the storages were very big & clean.

First bay was dirty with spiders & crickets everywhere & all that they bring inside. And had old stains from who knows what. But the staff allowed us to enter another unit to inspect and got us into it promptly. Great customer service.

I would rate 4 stars. Overall the facility is pretty good.

There was no one to talk to in person or via phone for a full day at the Cherry Hill locations.

CubeSmart makes storage super easy. ! I did everything on-line. My storage cube and lock were waiting for me right after I made my paymentI. I had one question, and the customer service rep was very nice and informative. He supplied me with everything I needed.

So far everything has been great with CubeSmart Storage place! The lady I’ve spoke with a few times has been so polite and gave me her cell phone number just in case I needed anything else when she’s not there! I thought that was very kind. Prices are reasonable depending on the size and if you want climate control. Definitely check them out! ??

Clean and great communication with Valerie.

Reserved a unit online a few days back. The manager called regarding my reservation and took about 5 minutes to explain the process, failing to mention you cannot move equipment into your rental unit on a Sunday as she thought my move in date was actually a Sunday, not a Friday which she kept on mentioning. I cancelled the reservation, got a better rate at Extra Space Storage and have the ability to move in Monday through Sunday, without even speaking to anyone. Fantastic experience.

Setup was easy, online payment was reliable, and I stored my things without issue for multiple years in the same unit. What's not to like?

Creepy harassment. I was looking to store here until the owner called repeatedly on a Saturday morning -- waking us up at 7 a.m. Stay far away from this place. I will be.

Valerie and her crew were always very helpful in all aspects. Gonna miss that. Gonna miss the showers from the lack of gutters during rainstoorms. Thank you for the experience.

I have been storing stuff for the last 15 years and the CubeSmart in Cherry Hill has been the most professional company I have ever worked with. I never had to worry about them bringing me in on a discount rate and then jacking up the rate every three months due to “ a market analysis”. If I ever need storage in the future, I will be coming back here. It’s so convenient.

Cheryl was very friendly and helpful. She walked me through everything I needed to know. The facility seems very clean inside and out. So far, I am glad I picked this location.

I got to the storage unit 3 minutes before closing and Valerie McNulty Was nice enough to let me in and get my storage Unit. So I can go close my other one out in Philadelphia and bring My belongings back to NJ . She stayed Late just for me & gave me the code so I could get in when I came back. She was so sweet and went above and beyond her job. Thanks Valerie Love my new unit. :)

Exceptional customer service! Annette and Store Manager, Valerie, were incredibly helpful and attentive. I had to cancel my first storage unit only days after signing the paperwork and paying the initial fee. Valerie was wonderful and helped me receive a refund due to my extenuating circumstances. A month later I was back to move forward with the storage unit but when I arrived at the store, it turned out that I accidentally made a reservation at the wrong location. It didn't matter! Valerie and Annette were once again very kind and helpful and immediately found me a storage unit at their location (and helped to cancel the incorrect reservation). I would HIGHLY recommend this CubeSmart on Frontage Ave in Cherry Hill. I have had nothing but great experiences with them.

Valerie is fantastic!

Very well run and manage. Storages are clean and dry. There only issue I can think of is that the driveway are on the narrow side between rows and larger cars might have trouble squeezing by if there's other vehicles loading.

Clean, Secure, Well Maintained and Managed. Secure Gate can actually lock you inside at night after 10pm. I can understand locking someone out at 10pm, but locking them in is strange.

Been renting storage for years, fast, convenient and so far safe!

Lease up process went smoothly. Reserved a unit online and they actually reserved it for me when I got there. The signing could have been quicker, but not too bad. Unit was clean and easily accessible with the gate PIN. Location is convenient right off of the 295 interchange. FYI there will be mandatory insurance coverage and tax in addition to the quoted rate.

I was treated very well by Valerie and her staff and will rent storage space at this location again if necessary.

Truly professionally run. They actually check all the locks each nite. How do I know? Well, mine wasn't locked properly and they called to tell me! Super clean, easy access to all units and pricing was great. Highly recommend.
