Had a great experience today at CubeSmart in Fairview N.J..The staff office worker there today(a Monday) was named "Joseph " and he helped me "in and out of my account questions flawlessly" and then went on to help me gather an additional cart - I needed 2 - and then went on to help me load and unload them , all without me requesting any help!! Note:I'm 77 years old and appreciated it greatly.Nice that they are hiring kind and helpful staff.

Should be Zero stars!! Do not use this place. It’s horrible. They raised the rent almost double in two years. An animal broke in and destroyed my items. Fighting with the bus depot for safe space was not made clear upon renting. Worst place and worst experience ever.

I had very good experience. The lady there helped tremendously, I realized that I had left the key to my lock , she immediately let me know it wasn’t a problem. She right away sawed away the lock and helped me with a new one . She also gave me a very nice room to store my stuff . Great experience. And she was very polite.

The location was not the greatest. My unit was located way in the back and you have to enter by the bus depot. I didn’t feel very safe going in there at any time of day. The unit also smelled of must and mildew which gets into all your belongings. The price went up significantly from when I started, and they added an insurance that I was unaware of. I was able to get another unit in a different location that was double the size for the same price and so much nicer and newer.

convenient location. our spacr was near closed windows and dirt would come through. there were some insects as well. try to get location in middle, not at window also remember they will not refund if cancel earlier, i paid but moved out two days later. thought would return prorated but no luck

Simple and affordable climate controlled storage. Picked a 3’x5’x8’ and it’s more than enough as we just need to put some luggage and a few boxes in the space. The gate outside closes after around 7, so you’ll need to enter your code to get in before you even get to the doors of the facility. Also the section for storage units 100-300 is accessed through the main gate while 300-500 is accessed near the back through the NJ Transit bus depot.

Everything was pretty simple. Even the closing out was just talking to the rep at the front desk, and it was done. Super easy. Manager walked me through the set up initially over the phone. It was done and I hate paper work so this was nice and easy for me. great. Had a code that opened the gate and the storage location. So it was all super easy.

All of our furniture and clothes were covered in black mold. We are extremely sad and disappointed at how this facility was maintained and inspected as we had our stuff in there for over a year.

I went to see a few storage places and was treated very cavalierly ( (we really don't care if you rent from us) which made me very apprehensive. When I arrived at CubeSmart in Fairview the Manager Angela welcomed me with a smile. She showed me the different units which were very clean, explained the different payment options, and answered all of my questions. Compare to my previous experiences Angela's professionalism and helpful manner made me feel very comfortable about renting a unit, and that is exactly what I did. I highly recommend CubeSmart in Fairview!

I had a really stressful time moving out of my apartment because of my landlord decided I had to move last minute my husband and I decided to go to CubeSmart at Anderson Avenue the girl and guy managers were incredibly helpful and knowlegable and kind, I was shown 3 different sizes and made sure we hda the correct one, an overall great experience, very smooth move

very bad i was a customer for 3 years back two years ago,. i went back and rent a unit as soon i walked into unit it was dirty and i start itching my skin ., i decide to cancel the contract in less than 14 hours and i went to grand ave.. Riidgefield and rented an unit there., I did a request for money refund and surprise the manager Jesse Orozco denied saying there is no refund policy even next day cancelation and renting an unit to the same company at different location .,that meant i had pay two months for one unit, that's no fear at all and good bussiness for this mannager
