So I gave been with cubsmart for a couple of years and when I brought to there attention that they may have rats they didn't believe me, matter of fact she actually went back an forth with me which made me furious. I came to you with a concern and you dismissed it. Now I am looking for some where else to store my stuff. I am also in customer Service and I strive on Excellence and I have an acronym that we strive off of. 1st B- Believe L- Listen A- Apologies S- Satisfy T- Thank you She did none of these things.

I had a terrible experience with this storage company. The staff at this location is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Every time I call, I encounter issues with unpleasant representatives. Today, my mother called to inquire about paying with a check, and the representative named Judy promised to check with her manager and return the call. However, after waiting for a while with no response, my mother decided to call again, but no one answered. She then went to the office and found the staff browsing their phones during business hours. When she shared her concerns with Judy, she was met with rudeness, condescension, and dismissiveness. Judy claimed to be too busy and stated that they only accept credit card payments and that if payments are not received two days after a 30-day mark, a lien will be added to the storage and the locks will be cut. This 30-day policy seems unfair. Judy's behavior reflects poorly on the company's credibility. After my mother left, I called to speak with a supervisor and address my concerns, but Judy refused to provide me with any information, except for the general manager's name, Lourdes. This lack of professionalism will lead me to close my account with this company very soon. I suggest avoiding this storage facility because it is overpriced, and the staff is unpleasant

I am giving this establishment a two-star rating as the price charged for the unit is outrageously high compared to other storage locations. While the management has proven to be somewhat cordial during telephonic interactions, my recent experience with the manager was unsatisfactory. Her tone of voice and responses to my inquiries were perceived as condescending, I found her attitude unacceptable. While I acknowledge that delays in payments can occur, I have always ensured to pay my dues. However, the need to call more than five times a day seems like harassment to me. The calls and the daily messages, some of which were also condescending, prompted me to block the caller's number. Please acknowledge that customers are essential, and personal issues should be handled with care.

This place is a scam..... If you want reasonable prices without the hassle or rude people insulting you, Storage Blue is the place to go. They treat you with respect and help you chose the unit that's best for you... And you don't have to worry about any hidden fees....

I brought to there attention about the have mice or rats, she asked me if I have food in there I said no because, obviously if you have food then you will see some pest activity. She didn't apologize because I have been here for over 3 years and this is my first experience with mice or rats. You should really look into this. It's a problem and if you can't take the time to speak with your customers shame on you. This is not how you build relationships.

I was originally not going to write because they were going to help me with an ongoing issue, but due to the manager MS. LOURDES being unprofessional and rude, here i am. So i went to my unit this week and found mouse droppings all over my expensive DJ equipment. Not only there but all over the floor and corners of my unit. When I went to the office. I was originally told if i wanted to something to clean it with. It wasn't till I asked to speak to a manager that i got any help. So fast forward till today. I was going in to the office to see if i can atleast change my unit. I was with my brother who asked if the price would be the same on the new unit to which. MS. LOURDES answers him by asking if he was my lawyer. And then told him he could leave. I was already upset due to the issue but once she made those remarks I realized that this whole location is just Dirty, unprofessional and rude. Oh and to add to the fact, i took the staircase to leave and i found mouse dropping all over by the door and corners. DISGUSTING!! stay away from here

The 2 times that I used this CubeSmart were both pleasant. The staff thoroughly explained and even walked with me to my actual unit to ensure that everything was in working order. I was also provided an electronic map of the maze of storage units just in case I got lost. The elevator seems to routinely disinfected as it always smells and looks clean. The only "con" (which is not the office's fault) is that moving trucks will block the reserved parking spaces in the back making getting in and out a nightmare. My advice is to do what you need to on weekdays or early or late on weekends. All in all, I highly recommend this CubeSmart!!

Renting a unit here was convenient, all done online, with the best price I could find after shopping all around the NY/NJ area. Customer service to set up the unit was excellent, and Lourdes the GM is fantastic. As for the physical storage, access in and out is very easy with parking and large doors/elevator to transport items. Very happy with this Cubesmart location.

Horrible location; extremely annoying to load and unload due to the majority of the units being located on the second floor. The freight elevator literally closes after 2 seconds of opening, giving you almost no time to exit with the stuff you plan on putting in the unit. On top of all that, the manager calls me up after being there for 7 months and accuses me of dumping in the dumpster when I never even threw out a plastic bottle. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS, TRUST ME. They also periodically raise the rent by over 10% and take advantage of people with big units knowing how much of a mission it is to empty it before the upcoming charge. I've had many different storage units at different locations and this one IS BY FAR THE WORST. Not to mention PARKING IS A NIGHTMARE!!
