So I've been renting now for 2months. I really want to know why isn't the elevator fixed. So am I gonna get a discount for it being out of service for an entire month so far, my unit is on the 5th floor, make it make sense how am I suppose to work around hauling stuff back and forth 5 floors away, so yes my review is not going to say anything but facts, you guys are so eager to ask for money with 5 day reminders of one's due date, however something has to give about the out of elevator ?? situation that has been going on. Tiffany was amazing!!! I came here because the current place I was keeping my storage at was not favorable. She explained everything to me about the lease, walked me to where my unit was , how to get in and out of the building. The place is very clean and the floors are labeled so there should be no reason for you to get lost. Also the unit is very affordable.

I had an outstanding service provided by Tiffany. My mother went to see the location and she barely speaks English; Tiffany was so helpful, patience, and she explained everything smoothly. If you've never been here before and need to rent a spot, this is definitely the place. Let me start off by saying, the security here is top notch. From when you walk in, to the doors going to your storage unit all the way down to the elevator, the security here is top notch. They have rolling carts for your needs, the temperature was warm when I got in there, I mean, this place is great to store your belongings.

The customer service was excellent at the park ave location. Tiffany helped me so much although I had a bad experience at another location. I will recommend the Park Ave location and Clifton Location in NJ.

Tiffany made my experience great! I was a little flustered after some complications with the move; however, Tiffany was extremely accommodating and put my needs as a customer first although she just returned from maternity leave! At large, I’m still working through some issues with the store, but Tiffany’s customer service was 10/10 and extremely helpful.

Jay at the front desk is super nice and he was very polite, patient, and helpful! He helped us find the cube with the best value, and gave us a lot of good suggestions. We had a fantastic experience here with Jay. This storage is with spacious cubes too. Highly recommended.
