Id give it no stars if I could. My unit flooded and was assured by the district manager, John, that cubesmart will be there to help me. Well theyre not. I was lied to. John is unprofessional and rude. And forget about trying to talk to anyone higher up, they just don't respond. No wonder theyre not accredited by the BBB. And it's hit or miss to find the office open. Theres a sign on the door that states someone will be back in 15 minutes. I waited 45 minutes once. I dont know how they won any type of customer service award.

So experience on line was quick and easy but at the storage location there was no one to guide me or answer a question; its my frst time renting with this company and was very disappointed i figured out my self and waiting for over 45 min an no one show up at the office when there was a sign that said be back in 15min-20min so decided to go to the unit and gladly was able to move the stuff inside. But very poor customer service I would say.

I'm not happy that they keep going up on the rent but what I am happy about is the facility allowed me to transfer to a different unit because I had mice feces all throughout my unit, the mice had shredded paper and plastic everywhere and NO I DONT HAVE FOOD IN MY UNIT! The manager allowed me to transfer at no additional cost and I received a discount for all the hassle. I really appreciate them hearing my concerns and actually doing something about it and not try to pacify me.

It's okay if you can get the introductory offer but once that expires the rate gets raised substantially and it's definitely not worth it. Good for a short term tenant but anything more shop around for a better rate. The units are clean and it is a newer facility.

Since the old owners left its been downhill. The staff isn’t knowledgeable at all, no one knows their job. They charge late fees and apply an auction fee without letting the customer know. I called made a payment over the phone with Nile and was never told that i had a auction fee until i called to pay the next month ls payment ??. The only reason i’m still renting here is because, since covid and the economy being slow prices have gone up on storage units. Otherwise i would be gone. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anymore!!!!!
