Is hard to find someone at the office. Until the fifth time I drove there I find a person in the office. This is a nice big new building but for the size of this building there is only few moving little cars. I will request for at least 4 more cars.

The personnel at the location are great. This location is clean and a little ways from Albuquerque central so you don't have loitering or homeless hanging out. However, if you're planning on going with them, at the moment, do not use the app or website to setup your service unless they tell you to. For some reason there is a disconnect with the location and the app. Using the app after the initial setup is great.

I've had a unit at this location for a little over a year now and every time I show up there's a sign that they will be back later. In the morning, in the middle of the day, or 2 hours before close. No matter when you call you'll get the automated service about you've called out of business hours or they're with a customer. Place is clean and nice but what good does that do me when I need customer service about my online account issues and updating my payment information.

???????????????????????????? I THOUGHT THIS FELT LIKE A SAFE LOCATION but sadly me and AT LEAST 6 other customers just had our units broken into here yesterday. We were robbed. They went through and trashed all of our belongings. Tools, tvs, bikes, purses, clothes, my laptop, AirPods, my expensive professional camera, and some very personal sentimental items. ????????WORST OF ALL????????Mine and my roommates ??IDENTITIES?? have been STOLEN. They are actively applying for credit cards IN MY NAME right now. Some were already accepted. We moved our stuff in here temporarily on Friday the 29th. The next day Saturday (30th) and Sunday (1st) the place got robbed.?????????? In what looked and felt like a heist style type of robbery because so many of us were hit. I definitely believe this was a group of men. Which makes it terrifying considering this happened on the 3rd floor???? I am VERY GLAD we did not walk in on this happening because god knows what could’ve happened to us as women if they saw us see them…. We were supposed to be there organising things these days… I feel absolutely terrorised from this situation. I’m scared to go up there now. I won’t be visiting this place after dark anymore. I really hope they do something to make their customers feel more secure. The police said they could not come out for 3 days. I just think that is absolutely ridiculous.?? ??I think we all deserve a HUGE apology from the owner/whoever is in charge?? I want to know what they will be doing to ensure the security of our belongings???????? What changes will happen to ensure this doesn’t happen again???????? I would suggest starting with a code entry fence. I think it’s crazy that they don’t already have one. Also making it less easily accessible for just any random person to submit something online and get a code.?? That was the reason for this incident. Someone made a fake account then came in and robbed us all.???????? I cannot believe I am a victim to this right now. I WOULD DEFINITELY CONSIDER THAT BEFORE RENTING HERE, ESPECIALLY IF THEY DONT MAKE CHANGES AFTER THIS. I’m 99% sure they used the VERY scary, dark back entrance to remove our things. This place needs to be gated at the least.?? Today a homeless man ran inside after the day we had here.. he slipped in and ran inside. I want to feel secure with where I put my things. Not fear the way I do right now.??????????????

UPDATE: avoid the crap out of this place. They raise the rent within 2 to 3 months and no one is EVER available at a the hours posted. This is THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. Going anywhere else is better than these thieves that DO NOT KEEP THEIR WORD WHERE THE CONTRACT IS CONCERNED. This company has been nothing but a nightmare. Everything is clean and nice but they just keep wanting more money. Not sure why we have to sign a contract when they change their end so much. I mean why would you need more than $200 a month. I went to another place and got just as much space for $75 so I am moving my crap out asap. I was completely fooled by this company in my grief and stress. Lied too completely scammed. To say the least I was stressed out. Moving is overwhelming and people are crazy with the prices being charged for rent. This was an easy stress free part of my experience. Thank you LuLu and Carolina for being so sweet understanding and kindness. My space was super clean and they helped get me the best location for my needs. I highly recommend checking out this location also. 101 106th street SW new nice clean and the deal I got was crazy great for the huge size space I needed. I feel relieved now.
