I have been at this location since 2007. It has gone through 3 or 4 different owners. I have 4 units here, my rent is always going up. Half the stuff I have stored was my mother's who passed away and I am not ready to get rid of, so I continue to pay. Ever since CubeSmart has taken over I have had to pay late fees 3 times because the location is closed. They do have 2 other options. 1 pay by which is difficult to do plus you have to pay a fee and 2 using the mobile app which I have never been able to log on too. These people need to do better. I am a single mother and if I could move my mother's stuff to a different place I would. Be aware of this place they need to do better. Especially with the tenets who have been there for so long and have so many units.

????????????????????????????Sadly me and a few other customers just had our units broken into here. We were robbed. They went through all of our belongings. Tools tvs, bikes, purses, personal sentimental items. I really hope this place does something to make their customers feel more secure. The police said they could not come out for 3 days. I just think this is absolutely ridiculous. I think we all deserve a huge apology from the owner/whoever is in charge. I want to know what they will be doing to ensure the security of our belongings. I would suggest starting with a code entry fence. I think it’s crazy that they don’t already have one. Also making it less easily accessible for just any random person to submit something online and get a code. That was the reason for this incident. Someone made an account and came in and robbed us all. I cannot believe I am a victim to this right now. DEFINITELY CONSIDER THAT BEFORE RENTING ESPECIALLY IF THEY DONT MAKE CHANGES AFTER THIS.

The gate is closed except when entering or departing. Enough room for car to get off road but I was in a large RV so I had to go around the block and make a phone call to have the gate opened. Otherwise OK.

Joe Storage treated me better, when CubeSmart took over I thought everything was going to be okay with prices and cleaning up the property, will the prices went up three times on me and they wanted me to pay for all that money and no update to the storage units, it's too expensive so I have to close them out and Move to another storage unit that was more affordable. I just can't recommend this CubeSmart location.

Love that the gate doesn't lock insiders from inside at the time they close. But they close a little early but they r located off of Central. N I think they check around the area beforehand to make sure everyone is all good. Which is amazing cuz I have gotten stuck at an storage place cuz my car decided to not start-up n I was there til 3am having to call the non-emergency #. That scenario won't happen here tho! I like this place but could be a bit cleaner n wish there were bathrooms n vending machines (great ideal here!) But there r loads of businesses right by Casa Self Storage. Also great prices on storages. But u get what u pay for (time limit n area). Storages here seem "better" built than some.
