CubeSmart in Jerchio is really the best! This is my first time purchasing a storage unit ever and I was a bit confused on what I was looking for during my situation. As soon as I walked in Tiarres was there to help! She gave me all the resources and information I needed in order to find the right storage unit for me. She was able to give me resources of the moving company that CubeSmart associates with that helped me moved my boxes fast and efficient. I’m not sure if other storage unit companies do this, but CubeSmart constantly have promotional sales and I so happen to be lucky when purchasing my unit that day. Without her help I wouldn’t have been able to get my boxes stored. Thank you CubSmart and Tiarres for your amazing service!

Great, clean facility! Lenny was amazing! There was an issue with my cell number, and she quickly figured it out. The friendly staff, the clean environment , the accessibility to the units, and the location at Bellerose. If only one thing I can complain about . Is the price increase. It is not good that the storage unit prices just keep rising. There is no extra space provided nor was I allowed to upgrade to a bigger unit for the price I ended up paying for a very small unit. 4x6 maybe! IF ONLY PRICES WOULD STAY REASONABLE, AND NOT BE RAISED CONSTANTLY, YOU WOULD DO EVEN BETTER.

Nice place, bathroom could be cleaner and needs a hook on door. Hard to use bathroom and there is no place to put your bag or jacket. Also the cellar floor storage has a mothball smell. And it's weird that there are no camera in the hallways. They only have cameras in or around elevator. This is not good because someone could break into your unit, wheel your stuff out and onto the elevator and nothing you could do about it. It could be more secure.

I rented a storage unit for 3-4 years. I rarely went to the unit during this time period. I missed a monthly payment once, but I paid it when I remembered. When I went to move my belongings into a new apartment, I found a new lock on my unit and some of my belongings were stolen. I will never use or recommend Cubesmart.

Efficient online check in and well kept facility. It's a shame that current customers aren't offered the internet special prices if they wish to upgrade to a larger storage space. This is especially unfair when told that monthly rate increase is coming soon. The key to any successful business is maintaining your customer base, not taking them for granted once you have their money. There are tons of storage facilities competing in the area, keep that in mind. Consider the 3rd star a courtesy.

The price was right, the location was perfect for me, the hours were a little difficult for getting into my unit after work on weekdays, but aside from that, the staff was excellent, the unit was easily accessible and clean, the whole facility felt safe and clean and it was very easy to rent a unit and moving out and canceling my rental was really easy as well. Overall I thought it was a great experience, even if my reason for needing storage was less than a pleasant situation.

Elvis the Manager was very accommodating. He was pleasurable and made sure we were set with everything before we left. 100% would recommend. Let alone how clean and updated the place is

I love this location of CubeSmart on Jericho turnpike! My experience with Elvis, the manager there, is always exceptional and never disappoints. This review is long overdue. I have been with CubeSmart for almost 30 months after coming back stateside and then moving from Florida. The staff at this location stands out by light years vs my previous experiences in Fl, Ca, Az and Suffolk County, NY with other companies in terms of professionalism, efficiency, customer first, on the ball, alertness, awareness and creating an amazing experience every time and 7 days a week. Elvis is the super GM who is just an amazing individual and thorough professional. Very proactive and always willing to help with that rolling up the sleeves work ethic. Ronnie is the other Manager who I always see cleaning, sweeping, wiping doorknobs, vacuuming- he takes great pride in the establishment and the wow factor and the first and lasting impression when you drive in and go to your units. The pricing is fantastic. They answer the phone when you call the facility. The communication via e Mail is great and solid. The bills are detailed, thorough and simple. The access to the units via the elevators is 1-2-3. They have six carts for use and hauling boxes etc with an id. I believe they also have free use of a van on move in. Win Win Win!! Recommend this location 100%. Very convenient as it is about a three minute drive east of the Cross Island Parkway. Awesome!!

Elvis the Manager was excellent !great Customer Service. He explained everything in detail. Facility Super Clean........Sunday Jan 27. Shane was super nice and Elvis had spoken to him about me, so when I got there he Knew exactly who I was and What I needed. I did two trips and by the time I got back someone else was there at @ 2pm and Again he Knew exactly who I was. The Communication between the Employees is excellent and the Coffee The Icing on the Whole process. If I could I will give All of Them A 10+

When I walked in the door for the first time I was greeted by the manager Elvis.He was extremely polite and showed me several units to see which one would be most appropriate and once I made up my mind he explained all the details about payments,times that there open,the use of the facilities,etc.I was especially pleased and amazed how beautiful and clean the facility was! It looked like it just opened. The company should be very proud to have Elvis as one of there employees. I'm so glad that I chose CubeSmart over any other self storage facilities.

Reserved a 5x8 online. Showed me the closet in the basement with a building support beam taking about 1/5th of the space. I asked if I could be given another box. I was told this is the last one left and that if I didn't take it now they are going quick. Online states three are still available. I asked for a reduced price considering space is being occupied by the building's beam. I was offered a bigger room at twice the cost. Can you call your boss? "I'm the manager but I can give you a number. He may not pick up the phone".

Had a great experience using CubeSmart! I had reserved a locker online that was not appropriate for my needs. Elijah was very thorough and helped me find the right space for my upcoming relocation. He was also very knowledgeable as to what roads were restricted when driving a van. I also found that my space which was 5x5 was less expensive than the local Uhaul and Storage Post. Thank you!

This storage place was recommended to me by my mother. She absolutely had a great experience working with Carlos. He dId an excellent job searching and finding the perfect fit storage for her . He was patient, knowledgeable, and explain everything step by step making the experience wonderful. I now rented a storage space for myself and went directly to Carlos..he never disappointed Me. When I ran into an unexpected problem the other day, the manager, Carlos, was super-helpful and could not have been more accommodating. I have used many such facilities over the years: this one is definitely the best!

I went into the Cube Smart on Saturday to move in. I was able to use their moving van which was perfect for the job I needed to do. I also used 2 of the flatbeds to move from the van to the cube which made moving easy. In and out, a breeze. Working with Carlos one of the managers was great. He was friendly, polite, pleasant and took care of the paperwork quickly. Thank you Cube Smart for making my move stress free!! Highly recommend this facility, ask for Carlos!

Kudos to the facilities person, Ron, for always keeping the office, and storage areas clean as well as all the restrooms and building externally. Superb staff. Would continue to highly recommend this facility to friends and family. great service when I came in BUT I have to give props to the facilities person - think his name was Ronald or similar - that is taking care of the building. The location was super super clean, rest rooms clean, everything spotless. Location in and out was well maintained. One of the best storage units I have entered into. I would recommend this place to my friends for the service and especially for the cleanliness.

Service sucks. Manager is uptight and the 3 workers she has doesnt even say goodmorning when they see you. The doors are locked and sometimes you need to walk to the other door. You have to give an id to get a cart. You have to punch a code in EVERY TIME TO WALK IN. Ridiculous!!! Oh yeah and they push you into buying a lock ELSE THEY CLAIM YOU DONT GET THE "deal". But yet other cubesmarts on jamaica ave does the deal without buying of the lock.
