This storage facility is always clean, easily accessible with a range of different locker sizes available. I've had two lockers with them so far and I have no problems or complaints. Also the manager is polite, friendly and very helpful.

If I could give this storage place less than one star I would. I have been helping a friend move out of this storage because of their crazy fees. He has paid over $2000 for this storage. Thank god we found an alternative. We go and try to move him out and one of the employees steals his laptop , and other personal items. They took a whole bin!!!!Items worth over $5000. We were livid. And I know all their employees is in on it . How do you store your stuff and an employee come in and steals?? And the manager claimed that they can’t see it on the cameras. We know the stuff is still at the storage. We want to contact corporate but we don’t know how to reach them. We called the police and they said we can only file an insurance claim. We also spoke to the general manager Joyce Lamb and when we asked her to check cameras, she told us there are no cameras in the aisles because cube smart's policy is to give customers their privacy. We called another cube smart and they told us there are cameras in all the facilities. We are gonna sue the hell out of this company! They need to close this location. They are all thieves!!! I will not recommend anyone to store at this place!!!!!!!!!!!! They are scammers. The employees all steal .So if you store there, it’s at your own risk!!

I rented a unit here for only 5 months and my rent was increased by $62. My original rent was $210 which I was getting a “25% discount on” but then after 5 months it became $272 which I feel is too money hungry given I haven’t even been there close to a year yet. Definitely decided to move out and go to Public Storage which only has a rent increase every 10-12 months.

I found that the longer I was there over the year that I was a client. The price went up and the access hours went down the straw that broke the camels back was when I tried to access it on a Sunday when they said they closed at 4 PM. I arrived at 3:40 and they had already locked the elevators. I had rushed there to get there before closing because I use the storage space for the inventory for my business actually to close down my store to make it there to get more inventory and to learn that I couldn’t have access was very frustrating. Every time they reduce the hours they would put a print up on every wall that occupies the space the print out clearly said 4 o’clock. It did not say 340 when you go on Google maps and search the business. The hours clearly say 4 o’clock they did not say 340 and my opinion if you don’t have access to your space, then that is when this unit closes , I found a place nearby that’s 24 hours and much cheaper, so I switched the district manager had no empathy and did not understand when I tried to explain to him why this was an

Made a reservation online. Not to king after I received a call to review my reservation and was offered the opportunity to come in and take a look. When I arrived I was greeted by Asia (she is who I spoke with over the phone. It’s always nice to put a face to a name). She remembered me as soon as I walked in. She reviewed a few things regarding the reservation and contract and we proceeded to look at the space offered online. She informed me another unit of the same size existed so we could look at both to better support my decision. The second one had a betters layout, so my actual contract reflected this. The process to get set-up was seamless and I left feeling reassured about choosing this space. If only I lived within 8 miles to get the moving services at no cost to me, that would have been the icing on the cake.

Way too expensive—especially for the neighborhood. I rented a 10x10 and which cost me $175 then within 6 months of being there, they raised the price. Find another place to store your possessions. The associates, however are helpful, professional, and pleasant to speak to over the phone.

First off I give FIVE STARS ***** to the staff, the cleanliness of the facility, ,the two fairly large elevators, easy access to the floor storage units. But entering the facilities loading dock by car can be extremely cumbersome during rush hr because the loading dock is parallel to the heavy traffic on Atlantic avenue. Having said that, let me tell you why I rate it 1 STAR. I was helping my friend load his items into his storage unit (NO GOOD DEED GOES UNPUNISHED!) and we arrived at our floor “C” I presume that it means cellar?, when the door opened we see a lady blocking the entrance to our isle with her items strewn along the floor and i look to him and ask, “is this our floor?” and he says yes but she also says yes as well!. She then commands us to go around, I ask him, are you sure there’s another entrance to your isle because your room is only 10ft away. SHE interjects and says, that if it wasn’t another entrance I wouldn't have told you to go around!. Rather than be confrontational, I proceed the roughly 300ft around and down the long isle aimlessly and make a right and go about another 25 feet and then another right and go another 50ft feet to his storage unit. I put the cart filled with items to the side and rather then go back 300 ft, i figured I’d just walk the short 10ft and step over her items carefully!. As i clear her area, SHE shouts while still talking on the phone, WHY THE “F” you step over my "S". She continues to shout and cuss me out with a barrage of heated insults and tells the person on the phone...this “MF” just stepped over my “S”. ( I heard him tell her to clam down) Case in point: If she had a gun, i would’ve been shot!, If she had a knife, I would’ve been stabbed! but her choice words wounded my soul, for i was certainly injured, perplexed and saddened by it all!..As i tried to explain my logic but to no avail. MIRACULOUSLY, two managers appeared out of nowhere!! and he motioned me to keep it moving and he proceeded to calm her down while she continued cuss me FOR STEPPING OVER HER %#*!. Whatever he told her worked because she cleared the floor for us and said, Ya’ll can walk by now, my friend took her up on it but i proceeded to go around so as avoid any further confrontation and I didn't want her believe that her behavior was warranted in any way shape or form!!

Everyone who worked there was friendly and helpful. It was easy to get to my storage unit within the facility and to both add or take stuff out. There was always parking nearby and hand carts. Very easy experience. The movers I hired through them to bring stuff from my apartment to the unit weren't super careful with my stuff, but they got the job done.

I have had a great experience with Cubesmart so far. I am using the location at 1956 Atlantic Ave in Brooklyn, and the people who work there have been fantastic, especially Asia. She helped me find my unit and went out of her way to find a bigger unit when it became apparent that all of my stuff would not fit in the unit I had reserved. Everyone who works there has gone out of their way to be helpful. They're awesome! The units are very clean and convenient, too.
