5-10-2024 CubeSmart just recently took over the management of this facility. Access is available 7 days a week 6 am till 8 pm. The office is open M-F 10 am - 6 pm. The office manager is Christine and wonderful to work with. I read the reviews for this place and was very concerned about using it. But after going there and gaining access, I am very happy.

The absolute worst place. They up your rent, and not just a few dollars. You can only access with their business hours, even though it stated if you need after hours to just give them a call. I did and they told me no. It revoked my access to my storage a day after my storage rent was due when for some reason my auto payment didn't go through. I mentioned I needed a smaller unit and the guy told me only if I give them a 2 weeks heads up. Now here I am rushing to get all my stuff out because I refuse to pay another dime to them. I mean come on, almost $400 for a lousy storage unit that can only be accesses on THEIR time, and for what to have them upcharged me AGAIN in the next couple of months? Hell no.

Terrible company. Access to your unit is only available during office hours unless they have you credit card on file. I informed them I was moving out at the end of the month and they put a lock on my unit which was already paid up for 2 more weeks. Got them to remove their lock and was told I needed to let them know when I was done. NOPE. Far cheaper units available locally with 24 hour access, no credit card required.

Horrible Customer service, unable to get contact info for distract manager was unable to access my own unit and was told it was bc of the time but it was 830 at night so that made no sense at all call center reps were nasty and had no idea what they were talking about

All of the negative reviews are all true AND MORE! We had our RV stored at this place back in 2021 for a couple of months and the customer service is TERRIBLE, their phone calls don’t work and we had an issue with them overcharging us for services and they STILL HAVEN'T RESPONDED TO US SINCE THEN!!!! Do NOT recommend and if I could give 0 stars, I would. We regret coming here and we will never do any type of business with these people AGAIN! They still owe us money for charging us a month we wasn’t even there. Why have no returned our money!!!!

This place is an absolute dump. This is coming from a man who was a manager there and literally had every unit sold at this location for almost 2 months straight.. Which is absolutely unheard of for this location. I tried everything in my power to work with Angela and Christina to get the automated gate fixed to secure everyone’s belongings.. Yet they seemed to believe it was my job to call around local “Gate repair companies “ to fix the gate.. Mind you, there is but one company in the area that could do such work.. The company’s price was too high for them so they pretty much folded on the idea of fixing the gate to secure and protect the customer’s belongings. They don’t care one bit, yet continuously raise the cost of rent for their units to make up for their terrible business routine where they have “small businesses “ fix their damaged property then FORGET to pay them. I have every Tom, Jim, and Harry look at that gate to fix it… Maybe people I knew personally too from Hyde Park and Poughkeepsie. These people are a piece of work. Most of the cameras don’t work and the “climate control” is a joke, they don’t even pay for fuel anymore to support the “climate control” They forgot to pay the electric bill to this location and I as the “manager “ had to call for them to get an extension. The facility itself is ok but there is zero security except for some cameras. The place has no gate and the door to the climate controlled section has no lock. It just doesn't feel secure. The office closes at 6pm and I was told that the owner watches the cameras/

Poor service I had a unit only used it 3 days and requested a refund. They denied my refund because I left the lock on the unit passed the 7th of the month, even though I wasn't useing it, it is there policy for customers to do so. I would have even settled for a partial refund for the few days of use.

I reserved it online. Couldn’t make it there for a few days due to some scheduling conflicts. Got there, Danny got my info, we went over what I’m storing, how big I needed. Paid him, went out and checked out my unit all within a half hour. Very fast, friendly. I will use again if I need storage space.

Do not use this place my husband and I were offered a free month which we were then charged for we paid for the free month but then when we went to get our possessions out of the unit we were told we were not allowed to get our things and that they were auctioning off our unit a lot of the items in the unit were very important to me or belonged to my deceased mother. I wouldn't shed a tear if this place was closed down and never allowed to reopen. Please close this place down and dont use them or you will lose anything you store with them.
